QOTD: Have you lost all of your pregnancy weight? If so, how long did it take? If not, how close are you? If you are 3 or less months post partum, this question does not apply to you. Just tell us how adorable your little squish is and how much you love them.

Here is E very proud of her new trick. She has discovered that if she stands on her drum, she can use it as a step stool to get up on the couch.

QOTD: I got stuck 4 lbs over my prepregnancy weight when E was 8 months. I managed to drop that with my morning sickness, but I think I'm starting to gain it back.

Haha @mdiblasi10. The kitty paw would be Princess Samuel and the giant dog head would be Scout, the 90 lb. wire haired pointing griffon, who is never far from his best bud.

It's been getting colder here, so we can finally use some of our Fall wardrobe

QOTD: I lost my pregnancy weight plus more, thanks to the breastfeeding. Plus I was doing CrossFit, especially during my maternity leave. I would say it took 6 months. After weaning and having less time with a toddler, I have gained some weight back. I need to make time for myself to work out again.

You need to post more pics of Samuel and Scout. I can tell I would love them. Isn't it funny how they always hang around the kiddos?!

Noted. There are also Simon the cat, and Soda the golden. They are all usually around E except for Simon. He's old and cranky!

This was at my brother's Halloween party on Saturday. Don't mind DH's goofy face!

ETA: QOTW - I lost all of my pregnancy weight, plus some, pretty quickly thanks to BFing. After I weaned, I gained a few back and have stayed at my prepregnancy weight since then. But I still have about 10 lbs of IF weight I need to lose from before I was pregnant!

I have a couple of pics to share this week. The first is of my sassy boy farting on his sister's head. The second is of myself in all of my beast looking glory (34w1d today!) and the third is of the kids before some Halloween festivities.

QOTD: I was down to 6 lbs below pre-preg weight in feb, then I stopped pumping and gained 20 lbs by July, then started dieting and and back to pre-preg weight right now. Holy yo-yo.

Yes, E is a tiny little thing. She's at the ped right now, so we shall see what her percentiles are these days. She was in the 6% for height at 12 m!

I'm 10 away from pre-pregnancy weight, nursing and all. I gained 30lbs during the first 8 months, and another 30lbs in the last month thanks to all the swelling and pre-e watch. My body is pretty beat up considering. It will come off eventually. I'm not too worried....yet

Here is O at the pumpkin patch. He's not too impressed and would rather play with his feet!

Here is L last night in a pumpkin (I already have a bunch on FB so sorry if we are friends and you already saw them!). This kid is so damn happy all the time...even when put mostly naked in a freezing pumpkin on a chilly night before his nighttime bottle!

QOTW: I've got about 5 pounds to go until my post-IVF meds weight. But I have always been overweight so I've got waaaay more than that to lose!

So late to the party! Don't have a good pic of M this week, so this will have to do.

QOTW: I lost 24 of the 26lbs by 3 months, but the final 2 lbs took another 3 months (so 6 months total). I lost 2 more lbs after another 3 months, and have been stagnant since. If you're still following the math, I'm currently -2lbs from pre-pg weight. However, I gained 3-4lbs from IF treatment so I still have 2lbs to go. Am worried that I'm going to gain weight after I wean...

QOTW - I have and I'm extremely lucky, I literally deflated very quickly. Majority was off within a few months but I got rid of it all by 6 months. That being said I would like to start working out so I can keep it off and maybe tone up!

Ok, I'm really late to the game today! Here is A cheesing for the camera ready!

QOTD: OK, this is crazy, but I was 5lb below my pre-pregnancy weight by 6 weeks pp. I got super swollen the last 2 months of my pregnancy, and after A was born, I lost 43 pounds in 3 DAYS!!! I do think breast feeding helped a ton with the few pounds that were not from swelling.

Here's my little ladybug!

QOTW: I don't even know how much I gained in total bc the day was such a whirlwind and so unexpected. I'd imagine it was 30-35lbs? Only went 29w6d and majority of it was fluid. At 3 weeks pp I was 7lbs away from pre-pg weight (which was still overweight), but after nine weeks in the NICU and eating out almost every meal during those nine weeks, I gained about 5-10 back

DH and I are cracking down and workin out though...actually lost three this past week!
