Twins low at 22 weeks?

Baby A is across my lower abdomen - head is pressing on my cervix (which BTW helps with my shortened cervix issue) - Baby B is across the middle of my abdomen - right in my belly button/on top of my belly button.  They're basically in a ying/yang horizontally.  The U/S tech had trouble getting pics of baby A because he was sitting so low.

I thought these guys were supposed to move up at some point?! Am I still too early? I forgot to ask the Dr. :o\
1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
2nd FET 6/14/2013 - BPF!!! -
1st Beta: 1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats <3
Second u/s 7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
Third u/s 9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

    My Baby A has been head down in my cervix since at least 22 weeks.  He has not moved no matter how many pep talks I give him (because I think him moving up will help with my shortened cervix.)  We haven't gotten a picture of him since then.  The only positive is that the rib pain I had in the beginning of pregnancy has disappeared since then.  Baby B moves a little bit more but as they grow, I don't think A will ever "move up."

    D & L are here at 34 weeks 4 days by vaginal and breech delivery on 11/19/2013
    Two healthy boys weighing 4 lbs 15 ozs and 4 lbs 5 ozs.  Only 6 days in the NICU and getting bigger, stronger and cuter every day!

    For me baby A has been really low against my cervix since 17 weeks. She was head down until 21 weeks, then flipped and had been butt down ever since. Meanwhile baby B has been moving back and forth from up towards my rib cage to belly button level.
    TTC since June, 2011 with anovulatory PCOS, 1 blocked tube, and mild MFI
    3rd cycles clomid + Ovidrel = BFN
    4th cycles letrozole/Ovidrel + IUI = BFN
    IVF #1 = BFP! Twins due 2/5/2014

    My baby A is also sitting very low. My last ultrasound they couldn't get a good shot of the head to check on the choroid plexus cyst because of it. I remember my DS (singleton pregnancy), he was up higher until closer to the end. Maybe just because there's not as much room with multiples?

    First pregnancy - DS 01-Apr-09;
    3rd cycle Clomid/IUI after 2 years TTC
    TTC #2 since ~June 2010
    IUI #1 & 2 - Clomid/IUI - BFN
    IUI #3 &4 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFN
    IUI #5 - Gonal-F/Ovidrel and IUI -- BFP!!
    EDD: March 22, 2013
    It's triplets!!

    My Baby A was head down and very low from about about 16 weeks and stayed that way until they were delivered.  He even came out with a bit of funny shaped forehead from bring so squished down by my cervix, but that corrected itself by 4months.

    My A was super low the whole time too. His head is much rounder than Bs still at 2 months, I have been wondering if this is why.

    Baby B bumped his brother out of the way in the late second trimester and his head has been jammed up against my cervix ever since. They haven't been able to get good measurements on any of my growth ultrasounds! 

    Although really I am not complaining because it keeps him out of my ribs. :) I have a short abdomen and with DS1 the rib pain was horrible, I thought he was going to break something!

    I'm just worried the pressure on my cervix isn't helping my short cervical issue :o\
