:::goes to (attempt to) shave legs::: dammit I enjoy being in denial about my personal hygiene.
So glad LO is still cooking away

I shaved mine today. Just lift one leg and put your foot on the edge of the bathtub, it worked pretty well for me. It's the other stuff that needs to be shaved that I do not know how I am going to get to...
Yeah, about that other stuff....A friend of mine really made a point to make sure to tell me, make sure that other stuff is taken care of....L&D isn't very nice or artistic when an emergency C-section is where they are headed. In the end, her DH took over all that for her. Personally, I'm TERRIFIED of the thought of handing DH a razor and asking him to clean that up....I'll figure it out on my own. LOL.
I was having trouble in that area and handed mine a razor and now the results are not what I wanted either. DON'T DO IT! :-)
I'm glad you and your LO are okay, and that you got to go home. I hope LO keeps baking for a while longer, that must have been scary for you. I will definitely be keeping you guys in my thoughts and sending some positive in your direction.
So, STMs, how realistic would knee high socks be during labor? I don't wanna shave. I hate shaving.
I worn warm knee high socks because it was the end of December and I figured my legs would be cold. I had to throw them out afterwards because the heels were covered in blood and goo (sorry if that's gross).

He's done it twice for me now. It didn't turn out too bad. It still wasn't easy lifting my legs all these different angles for him to kneel and get to though. But I have to say it is better than having to try and do it on my own!

Thanks for the tips, too.
