Today is my mom's funeral. She passed away on Saturday with family surrounding her. It was the hardest thing to watch and be there for.
I can't explain what I'm feeling. Numb I guess. It's surreal at this point.
I wanted to post some pics of my mom and show you the amazing person she was.

Her doing a shot with me (her and I don't drink but that day was an exception. I think it was a really fruity shot called a jolly ranger or something. One of my favorite memories).

Her before she was sick
At the hospital the day we found out the cancer was stage IV just 5 short months ago.
Getting chemo treatment (I went to every appointment).
Her meeting my best friends little boy. She was like another daughter growing up so it was a special memory.
Her most recent and only pic with E (a couple weeks ago). She was very sick, losing focus. When she passed she was even smaller with less hair. It was scary and sad bc we couldn't do anything to help her. I still cherish this picture anyway.
