having trouble deciding on a girl name

We recently found out we are having another girl, even though we were all convinced this one was a boy :-) so now the fun part of picking another girl name begins.

Our top names are:

Blair (no clue on Middle name)

Piper Jade

Breslin Jade

Tensley Kale

Of the four, my pick would be Blair.

I think it pairs nicely with a lot of different names-- even Blair Piper!

Loooove Piper (DD1's MN) and Blair! Two of my favorites. I have a slight preference for Piper, but I might be biased.

Isn't Breslin the LN of a child star?

I actually don't hate Tensley because I have an unabashed love of --ley names (I DON'T EVEN CARE, BNB), but it's really not even in the same league as Piper or Blair. Both are infinitely better.

I'm not wildly in love with any of these -- it's just a different name style from what I like. I'm just not a fan of the "last name as first name" thing.

Of the choices, I like Piper Jade the best.

I like Blair, though I do think of the Blair Witch Project. Piper isn't really my style, but I don't hate it. The other two I really dislike, but if you love them or they hold personal/family meaning to you, then go for it.

I like Piper the best, then Blair. Piper Jade sounds great. Piper Blair is pretty good too!

I don't like Tensley. It's hard to say... Doesn't roll off the tongue. Perhaps you'd like Tenley more. Neither are my style though. And neither is Breslin.

I like Piper. I'm meh about Blair (it's the name of the main character in this Barbie Princess Charm School book that DD loves and I can't stand). I strongly dislike Breslin and Tensley. They are trendy in a bunch of bad ways and don't even sound that pretty. As for Kale, I think pretty much anything goes in the middle name spot, but when you can go for anything, I don't know why it would be a leafy green.
