RE appt update: I must be dreaming!!

So today I went to see my RE to get AF started since I was pretty sure I never ovulated this cycle.
Well imagine my surprise when my RE comes in to report the reason AF hasn't started is because I'm pregnant!!! WHAT?? I pretty much died of disbelief right there.
Why I didn't think to test myself at home before making this appt. I don't know?? I also don't know when I ovulated and how I missed it.
She sent me for a beta. And I'm in the biggest shock of my life right now. According to my LMP I would be 5 weeks pregnant now but who knows.
Somebody pinch me!!
