I have kind of been all over the place with names. I told my husband he could pick the name if it was a boy and he picked Noah Ross for a boy. If it's a girl I get to pick but have a million names running through my head. Right now the front runner is Violet. What names does everyone else have picked out?
We did the same. Hubby picked the boy name and I picked the girls name. If it's a boy it will be Bryce Christopher and if it's a girl, Mackenzie Elizabeth
Violet is on my list for girl names too, but I really like Evelyn and Amelia. I am thinking Amelia Caroline LastName. I suck at boy names. I like Liam but BF doesn't care for it.
Evelyn is such a pretty name and it would have been in the running for me if my husbands cousin didn't use it for her daughter. I also love the name Isla and Estelle, but Isla has become super popular.
We have started talking about them tentatively! We can't agree on anything for a boy as of yet, but for a girl, our top three are Cecilia Grace, Olivia Antoinette, and Norah Elizabeth.
It's going to be a battle to the death this time around for names.... I got my way with Carter Scott for DS. He wants a Junior (Jason) and I absolutely refuse!! It's gunna get ugly...
We were gonna go with Harper Hannah but Harper is getting way too popular and I have a feeling there will be a few when this babies in school! So we are going with Brooke Hannah for a girl and Clayton Armstrong for a boy. Armstrong is my husbands family name and 5 generations..
Our girls name has been Elisabeth since before we even started trying- after MIL who passed away many years ago. We argue about middle names and what nickname for Elisabeth sounds best.
We settled on Solomon Archimedes for our last pregnancy for a boy. This time around the first name is up for grabs (I'm thinking Christopher) but we both absolutely adore Archimedes in the middle- just have to pick a first name that suits.
Friends for 17 years. Married 10. TTC since Jan 2009.
2012: Lost "Peanut" at 17weeks to PTL/IC.
2013: IVF#3/FET#4 Elisabeth CJ born April 30, 2014 Cerclage, P17, and 3 months of bed rest brought us our Rainbow.
We like the name Olivia Grace or Aubrey for a girl. We have no idea on a first name for a boy, but we know that Joseph will be the middle name, it's in both of our families.

I have a Clay Armstrong in my class this year! Love him!
I knew I wanted a girl to be Aubrey from day 1 with DD, it took longer to get to boys names. This time? I have NO clue. It's totally appropriate to name both daughters Aubrey if it's a girl right? Ok, good.
I will start watching old Pete & Pete episodes now to see how they made it work.
Maia or Julia if girl Adrian or Adam if boy. I don't think ill really be able to pick a name until I know the baby's sex. It's fun to think about though!
Dana -- Aubrey is my favorite name! If my son had been a girl (he is 10), he would have been Aubrey. If this one is a girl I would like her to be Aubrey. If it's a boy, I have no idea!
We are SO far from talking about names since this was unplanned and we've known about this pregnancy less than 2 weeks. My boyfriend hasn't yet come to terms with it, so he's not anywhere close to start talking about names!
I know he likes the name Summer, but, it's not on my radar. I wonder if he will bring that name up when we do start talking about names. Then again, my son's first name wasn't my cup of tea before I became pregnant with him, and now I can't imagine him being anything but and I love it! His name is Jack Aiden.
Normally we wait to see if the baby is a boy or a girl before we pick names. Our styles are different enough that waiting until we know cuts out half of a possible argument. (Why "fight" over a boy name when we're havig a girl and a boy name isn't relevant right now... or vice versa?)
But, with DD2, DH shot down my list of about 7 girl names, with no suggestions of his own. So this time, I asked him if he had any thoughts, and all he said is he's been planning since after DS was born naming our next son with his Dad's name as the first name and my Dad's name as the middle name (Daniel Matthew). In his defense, I have always loved the name Daniel, but recently I've been bothered by nicknames I don't like... which would include Danny or Dan. So I'm not 100% on board with this, but I'm getting there...
We haven't even broached the subject of girls names, although I still have my list (my list has remained the same since DS... at his 13 week u/s the tech said looks like a girl, so we very quickly came up with the name Ariel Hosanna... then 20 week u/s revealed he was, in fact, a boy.) His name preferences for a girl completely changed between DS and DD1, so Ariel Hosanna is still on my list, but fell off his...
Olivia Ann for a girl. Benton (after great-grandpa)... something for a boy. I wanted to use my parents' first names for middle names either way, but then the boy's initials would be BRA. So.

Totally! If it ain't broke, right?
I had a friend growing up named Christy whose older brother was Chris. I didn't find that weird at all... That's a lie.
We settled on a girl name pretty quickly, but still have no idea for boy name. I am from Ireland, so we want our kids to have one Americanized name and one Gaelic name.
For a Girl Evelyn Niamh (pronounced n-eve) and we will call her Evy for short.
For a boy we are thinking maybe William for the first name, but will call him Liam...nothing definite here though.

Love the name violet! DH isn't sure about it. Our baby name book came in the mail today so I'm sure that will start things off. My husband has been hogging it so I haven't started looking
My hubby and I cannot even begin to agree or converse over boy names. He likes traditional names(boring) and would love a Michael after him AND his dad- uh nooo!!! I have a list of 10-15 boy names that I like that are less common but not totally off the wall!

He did however agree to a girl name - Presley
Wait he didn't have an option with the girl name I've known for 8 years I would have a little girl named Presley
This is our third- so we pretty much have worked out our name kinks we have one of each too already we have an Isobel Janise and an Alexander Adam bit middle names are family names and this time girl or boy the middle name will be my dads middle name Gene for a boy or Jean for girl so our names our(after that Long winded intro...) Oliver Gene / Evan Gene for boy or Elinore Jean /Evelyn Jean/ Emalynn Jean...

Our DS is a Noah - obviously I like that choice
For a boy, I believe Lucas William. For a girl, Grace Evangeline.
I mean, they aren't set in stone, but we've been discussing them for quite some time....and haven't come up with anything else at this point.
