MATERNITY FASHION: post your cute outfit selfies!

There's been a lot of talk about maternity clothes (and avoiding looking frumpy). I thought it would be fun to post cute maternity looks and see what others are wearing for inspo. Post your pics and be sure to include any maternity clothes sources. :)

I've got on Olian maternity leggings (under the bump) from Nordstroms and a striped Old Navy rusched tank (under the shirt). I highly recommend the leggings as you can wear them pre and post bump!

BAH why are you always so freaking stylish.  Your clothes, your house.  Very jealous.

Awww, thanks! I work in fashion and design so I have a discerning eye. However I often feel like I can't put together an outfit to save my life because everything in my closet is a statement piece. That's why I like the idea of sharing looks. Fashion bloggers are helpful because you can emulate similar looks you like with your own wardrobe. Today was the first cold fall day we've had so I was happy to break out the boots and jacket! :)
  • This is my announcement picture (sorry!), but I love this maternity shirt. DH even asked, "Is this supposed to be a maternity top?" Got it from Kohls :)

I have that black and white polka dot shirt too :)
  • Monochromatic mint maternity look. Shirt: Liz Lange for Target maternity. It looks grey but its actually a forest green color. The front and and sleeves are tee shirt knit jersey fabric and the back and mint collar are a blouse fabric (rayon?). It's longer in the back too. I love this shirt. :)
  • I just bought a onesie from House of Hygge and I'm pretty sure I'll be living in it until at least 3 months post partum

  • I'm not digging the leggings right now. I feel like I've gained 20 lbs in just my knees?! Is that possible? So no leggings unless my knees start being cute.

And I'm really jealous of y'all's fashion sense. I'm lucky if I remember to put something besides just a tshirt and jeans on...

This skirt is my best friend. So comfy.
  • It was chiefs day in our house. Wore my red shirt that still fits and some JC Penny's full panel jeans. They are heaven!!! I have never needed different shirts. I'm hoping I don't with this little man!
  • Now I'm gonna have to get my ish together tomorrow so I can post.

Wore this to a wedding last weekend. Totally normal.

Bahaha but f-real. I work from home, so my wardrobe consists of awesome sweatpants that I got in San Fran. Quality maternity wear right there.

Your husband(?) Looks like a celebrity. But I can't think of who.
  • @sisimama10 maybe a hockey player? That's what I always think. Maybe I just have a secret thing for those hockey guys.

  • While we are talking about this...how comfortable are all of you going out in leggings? I feel like I will be judge and they aren't real pants. I would love to wear leggings 24/7 though! I'm tall and
have wide hips. The "long" shirts and sweaters never cover my butt!

I love my leggings....BUT that said I HATE it when people wear leggings in place of pants. THEY ARE NOT PANTS. If your top is not long enough to cover your butt then it requires pants...I don't really have the same problem you do since I have no hips or butt and most of my clothes are more in danger of falling off... but if you want to pull of leggings, get some tunic tops, sweater dresses, seriously oversized tops (I am a small, one of my fave shirts to wear with leggings is a xxl because its a baggy style so it already looks like its supposed to look baggy), guys sizes of dress shirts, or even just cotton summer dresses to wear with them

I feel the same way! Thanks.
  • My bump is super tiny so this might not even count. Some of my jeans are getting a bit snug though so I've been favoring dresses since they're more comfortable. I definitely plan on investing in a good pair or two of maternity leggings since we'll all be with child this winter. I'm very short so I have slouchy sweaters that cover me perfectly.
  • @dani+california

Cute! You don't even look pregnant in that dress!
  • This was at 18 weeks, I'm now 21 weeks
  • Here's one from the other day, at 20w. Liz Lange for Target shirt with ON skinny jeans (full panel) and tall boots (since you can't see the bottom I thought is describe it, lol).

I have that shirt, I love it!
  • Jealous of all of the super cute clothes!!! We are one good looking bunch of mamas!

I have no fashion sense anymore now that I'm pregnant. All I ever wear is some version of a long sleeve shirt, scarf, skinny jeans and boots.

Nothing wrong with that, girl! You just named my outfit for everyday of winter. I find no need to change it up very much - if it keeps me warm, I wear it!
  • I have about five sweat suits from Aero. I'm more worried about being comfy.
  • This is a cute top I found at Marshall's one day for around 8$!? I have a tan tank under it and of course maternity jeans from motherhood on. (27 weeks, so last week)
  • Target maternity top! So comfy and goes nicely with my infinity scarf :) And you can't see them, but I'm wearing Old Navy black maternity work pants. So simple and comfortable. Loving my new stuff!

I have this shirt, too!! Great for layering, comfy, affordable, and shows off the bump. Love :-)

My best friend got me this outfit at Destination Maternity during their employee sample sale. She's the best!! Pea in the Pod striped shirt, and Jessica Simpson skinny jeans with that fabulous waist band. Please excuse the ridiculous face I'm displaying, but I was excited about clothes...and the Indian cuisine I was about to enjoy. :P Looking fabulous, ladies!
