  So many I can't pick just three.  Everyone has posted some of my favs, tho.  Haven't read all the posts, but I want to add Nathan Fillion, Neil Patrick Harris (such a waste of man candy), and Robert Downy Junior.  However, Harrison Ford has aged VERY well.  And I can understand the Captain Picard crush, the man hasn't aged in 30 years.  Most of mine are nerd crushes.
