Unusual Vintage Nicknames

I found this while browsing for unusual NNs.  DD's name is on this list and I would have never thought of Fifi-- we call her Josie-- though Posey is also awfully cute.  Is your LO's name on this list?  If yes, do you use any of these NNs?

    my MN is josephine and when I was a toddler everyone did call me JoJo. Apparently I disliked it because at 3 I sternly told my family--"my name is not JoJo it's ryan" according to the parents anyway :)

    My guy's name is there!  But we don't use the nickname.  I'm definitely running it by DH tonight though - maybe we'll start!

    Huh, the other day I was asking my grandmother where her middle name, May, came from. She told me it was after an Aunt Mary, who she never knew. I thought it was strange but it looks like it's not unheard of as a nickname for Mary!

    I'm surprised they don't have Sadie as a nickname for Sarah. That's how my dad wanted to name and nickname me, after an aunt of his.

    I love so many old-fashioned nns. I adore Zuzu for Susannah and I love Daisy for Margaret. I also love Birdie for Elizabeth and Catherine nn Kitty is our frontrunner girl name right now.

    SA normal. Genetic testing normal. Hormonal testing normal.
    HSG 6/30/14 - found blocked left tube and 2 'bubbles' on uterine wall.
    Hysteroscopy/Lap--8/4/14 - Tubes unblocked. Polyps removed from uterine wall. Septum removed.
     9/30/14--Off the bench! Unmedicated TI through December 2014
    BFP 12/14/14!!! Beta #1, 12/16: 990 Beta #2, 12/18: Over 2000! Beta #3, 12/22: over 8000!
     U/S #1, 12/23: gestational sac, possible heartbeat
    U/S #2, 12/30: HEARTBEAT! 128bpm, measuring right on at 7w EDD: 8/19/2015
    U/S #3, 1/9: BPM in the 180s, IT'S HAPPENING!!!

    I wonder if Sim for Simon is prinounced with a long I sound. If so, we use it. We'd planned on using Si, but ds1 started calling him Sime and we ended up using that too.

    I only call my son Alexander but since our family really wanted a nickname, I encouraged Alec and it has stuck pretty well. I had originally wanted it as his actual name but we wanted a longer, more formal name so we went with Alexander and it just fits him well (hence why I don't use Alec myself!).

    Love this list. I wish Josephine and Felicity worked with our LN.

    Also, I had to laugh because although our two boy names don't rhyme, there are two sets of nn's for them that do.

    How do you say Sanne?

    We had an idea to call ds (Nicholas) cole but felt it was too much of a stretch.
