    Late to the meeting once again. Today was a pretty eventful day. On my calendar today was ICSI day so bright and early DH delivered his sample, just to get a call at 11am from my RE telling me we are getting pushed back til Wednesday bc the media to thaw my eggs never arrived! So from a semi Popsicle cycle we are to a full Popsicle as they are freezing DH sample now. We so far have frozen eggs and frozen sperm. We won't know any further til Wednesday. I am so frustrated my life having to be rearranged every week. Rant over. Now on to changing my frustration onto positive vibes for Wednesday.

    I am filling in today for the monday check in, but I am definitely fired.  I can't figure out why the formatting is all sorts of screwed up. Anywho, on to my check in.

    Right now I am anxiously waiting for my Day 3 embryo update.  I feel like this is make it or break it time.  This is the point during the last cycle that I found out that our embryos were poor quality and probably not going to make it to transfer.  I keep running through all the outcomes in my head and pretty much driving myself batty.  It could be a long morning.  I'll update after I get the call.

    QOTD:  My work is really busy in October/November (I've even had to work the day after Thanksgiving the last few years, which is a corporate holiday for us), so I usually start my shopping December 1st.  I do try to have a list made so that we can knock our shopping out in one or two trips.  If it were up to DH we would buy everyone a gift card, he can be such a scrooge.

    She estimated that my trigger would be thursday and ER on saturday but I will get a call this afternoon to give me my dosages for the next 2 days and should find out more then i hope! I go back wednesday morning for my next scan.

    Shopping, i like to be done by thanksgiving, but I dont always get ideas by then. This year with my SIL and BIL we are not doing gifts so that makes it easy! We took them to dinner and a show this weekend and they are doing the same for us in jan and i plan on asking my brother if we can do the same for him and his wife. So that just leave parents on both sides and my niece and nephew and i have a list for the kiddos already!

    I am just waiting patiently. We have beta #3 on Friday and then next Friday is our first ultrasound. Work has been insane for the past week and this week honestly isn't looking any better. I'm trying to take it a little easier and if I go a little slower than usual, well that's ok. This weekend was my sister's engagement party and it was a weekend of chaos. I'm ready to just go back to bed, lol!

    I am sorry that things keep getting pushed back. Hopefully with the frozen eggs and frozen sperm you can make a bunch of little Popsicle embies!

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1

    Hi everyone,

    So very sorry for all who have had BFN's and good luck to everyone else.  FET is still scheduled for Wed.  I started Medrol today and did my very first PIO injection on my own.  Watching that thick needle go all the way into your skin is def. not for the faint of heart, but I'm glad I can do it on my own now!

    Hi ladies! Sorry for such a late response. I really have no updates, just waiting for our ultrasound in 2 weeks to hear the heartbeat.

    Congrats to all of those who have gotten BFPs! And hugs to those who need them. Wishing everyone the best no matter where you're at in your cycle! :)

    FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)

    Today I had beta #1. It was 47! Beta #2 scheduled for Friday. I'm cautiously excited.

    So its a chemical pregnancy. BETA came back at 5.  RE said looks like implantation occurred but I lost it.  Sad to say the least. Repeat BETA tomorrow to see if my numbers went all the way down.  IF really sucks.  Everything went better this IVF and still nothing.

    DX: Unexplained
    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA  Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA

    October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos

    November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues.  Converted to freeze all due to lining issues.  2 blasts frozen on day 6!

    January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues

    April 2015: FET #2.1

    IVF prep September 2013 cancelled due to Ovarian Cyst
    IVF #1 October 2013 Antagonistic Protocol with ICSI  ER 10/31/13 (18R 16M 11F- 6 blasts to freeze)
    ET delayed due to OHSS 
    FET scheduled for July 8. Delayed due to a crazy high TSH (it had been under control for YEARS!)
    FET #1 8/5/14 sET BFN

    Yes and yes!! We've been TTC for the last 2 years and had 4 failed iuis!!
    Me--29 PCOS/Endo ( laproscopy for uterine septum) DH--32 cancer survivor, low motility, boys are on ice TTC since 2011 4 failed IUI attempts with clomid 1st IVF September gonal f, menopur, ganarelix ER 10/11/13 13 follies, 9 embies!!!! FET 10/16/13 1 grade A embie transferred... 8 snow babies First beta 10/25/13--166 2nd beta 10/28/13--633!!! Fx for healthy 9 months!! EDD 07/04/14
