DH job/moving update

Disclaimer: I will probably DD this later.
So basically our life is a freak show right now. My husband's DREAM job within the company he has been with for six years, that we've agreed to move to MN for and he's been giddily performing for only three weeks now, has been completely "restructured." The president quit, there's a new one in place, and all kinds of things are changing including many job descriptions. He still HAS the job, but they've changed it so drastically that he HATES it now. Not only is it not his dream job, it's about as opposite as there could possibly be for him. If it had been listed as it is now, he would never even have applied! Much less move our family across the country for it! We just cannot stomach the idea of uprooting our lives for a job that he doesn't even want. SOOOOO, new plan. Since his current boss in MN has said we can stay here and he can work virtually until at least the spring, we are taking the house off the market and he's searching for something else here. If spring comes and he hasn't found anything, we'll rent out the house and we will still go to MN because we can't have him not have a job at all. This is just craziness, y'all. We were SO sure that this was the best decision for our family, but there have been a ridiculous amount of road blocks, and now this! I'm not a big believer in signs, but MH is, and he now thinks all of these things are happening because we aren't supposed to be leaving here and God's trying to stop us from making a big mistake. Who knows. Either way, whatever is "right", that's what we want to do for our kids. So if you have any t&ps to spare for my crazy life right now, that would be awesome! Thanks so much ladies.
Oh, and for those of you I'm fb friends with, PLEASE don't mention this on there. If his current company finds out he's searching outside, we could end up without a job in either state. That's also why I'll probably DD this later. Ya know, because I'm sure all of his coworkers troll TB.
