T&Ps for Niece Sad Update

Yall know I never do this. Hell, I'm not even a praying person, but right now I am.
My niece had an emergency c-section last night. Her little one wasn't due until Feb. 2.
He weighed 1lb and 12oz. She is only 16 and we, as a family, are devastated for her and this precious little baby. Please keep him in your prayers today. He is a very sick little guy.

Update: The LO passed away last night. Our family is heartbroken and my niece is devastated. Thank you for all your kind words and all the T&Ps. Please keep my niece in your thoughts as she heals physically and mentally.

Oh my gosh. Sending prayers. FWIW, have a friend who had her son at 23w4d, he was 1lb 2oz. They were in the NICU for 202 days but he's now over a year and a half old and doing great! It's been a long road full of struggles but I'm praying for a good outcome for your neice and her son and your entire family.

Sending prayers your way and your nieces way, my niece has also gone through a lot this year as she lost one if her twins in utero and my great niece was in the ICU for heart problems over a month. She is doing ok now, it's a long road but support is the best you can give her.

Update: Mama is doing better. The csection was due to severe dehydration and eclampsia. Baby boy is fighting. Luckily, we live near the highest level NICU in the in this tristate area. So, baby is being well taken care of and beta to stay close. Thank you all for the T and Ps. This little guy has a long long way to go.
