Pronounced I-E-sha.... Well not technically but to only time it's really pronounced correctly was when I was younger and my dad was mad at me.. Then the A sound would come out and the spelling makes sense lol. But people seem to be becoming more familiar with it now a days than when I was younger
I love my name, it has fit me well in life.
