fishy smelling CDs?

Can anyone help? The oldest dirty one was from yesterday mid-morning (a poopy one that I dunked in toilet first). I've been using Original Tide powder in my HE machine, today is the first time I used CC because I finally got it, but the diapers started smelling in the cold rinse before I added detergent. They didn't smell in the bag while they were sitting waiting to be washed. They started smelling when I started washing them. Any idea what's wrong?

I didn't use any diaper cream, btw.

I would try this ? on the eco-friendly family board...

I haven't started cding yet but I think tide is bad for them. Maybe try stripping them?

I tried it on the eco board but it's slow over there. The place I got the CDs from said to use original Tide powder. I just finished washing them in Dawn & they're back in the washer for a rinse, then another wash with Calgon. I'm hoping that takes the stink out.
