I heard oatmeal is great so I just made pumpkin spice chai and Brown Sugar oatmeal. It was divine!!
I also drink the cups of mothers milk a day.
What about you, mamas? Inspire us!

Nothing. Just nursing on demand.
Anything you can achieve through hard work, you could also just buy.

I drink lots of water and nurse on demand. I like oatmeal anyway, so I'm really not doing anything differently

Right now I'm eating oreo's. They're milk's favorite cookie so you can't go wrong.

I am eating oatmeal for breakfast. I heard beer helps, so I had a few of those this week too.

Oatmeal, Mothers Milk Tea, and hoppy beer...but nothing noticeably is helping so far
I am EPing so don't have the option of nursing on demand, but pumping as much as possible.
