Cough???

How have u ladies gotten rid of your baby's cough . Rylee just developed a cough today after her high fever last night. It's her first time being sick and I have no idea what to do to sooth her. I already gave her Tylenol today for her high fever. Any advice?

    My pedi recommends a cool mist humidifier for the baby's room. You can also take LO into the bathroom after a shower has "fogged it up" and get some moist air that way.

    After a few days of her hacking up a lung and trying home remedies (cool mist humidifier, Tylenol, etc) I caved and took her to the doc. Turns out she has ear infection and it was causing drainage which was the cause of the cough. Mom of the year here! I really took her in too for the gunk in her eyes....which was pink eye.

    Thanks ladies!!! I will keep an eye on her to see if it might be an ear infection . In the meantime I will use the humidifier and hope that works
