OMG! My dog had the same hatred for me. He peed on the floor last night because i wouldn't let him sleep in bed with me and my husband ( I'm pregnant and hot and I didnt want to be annoyed). Today he is going to begin training all over again and I made an appointment to get him fixed. He will soon see who the alpha is

At our house the sides are almost the same, but we do turkey for Thanksgiving and Ham for Christmas.

Ah we've always done turkey for both. We do turkey at Easter too. I guess turkey is our holiday thing.

We do a ham for breakfast on Christmas morning usually.

I can't believe people hate thanksgiving food. stuffing, potatos, squash, turkey, all kinds of other stuff, all slathered in gravy?! sounds like heaven right now.

I hit my husband in his sleep to get him to stop snoring. And I mean hit.

Sometimes he vaguely remembers getting swatted and asks me if I hit him in the middle of the night. I lie and say no that I tried to gently roll him over. It's never gentle.

I sleep so lightly now that he wakes me up ALL the time.

My confession: My DH is addicted to stupid video games, and I enable it even though I hate it because it's what he's in school for, so I have trouble telling him to put down "research". I'm about to hide his game boy. (yes, he's a 12-year-old some days) I told him he could get a new game last week, and that's all he's done since, even while we're supposed to be hanging out together after DS is asleep. He's nearly beaten the game in a week. I just want a night sans video games and focusing on me, dang it!

My dad's family is partially Italian, so we do loads of pasta, too. Lasagna, stuffed shells, and lots of garlic bread. Mmmm...

Right there with ya. Maybe it was my body saying "hey you're ready to make a baby!! Get on it!" literally I guess. Or whatever it was. But since we did it like almost everyday for a week there I haven't had the drive. Sucks

I have irrationally been craving these ribs we had once on a road trip through Virginia and can't wait to pass by again in 1.5 weeks. I may have a rib-gasm. And I am almost prepared to take extra unisom to ensure that I can eat them :P

LOL we're the exact opposite! I loooove the food, the smell of the house with so many fresh-cooked dishes going at once, and having everyone together to visit and relax. And I live for football! But I do love me some Christmas! Thanksgiving weekend is when I allow myself to start playing my vast Christmas music collection!

My work crew stops at this gas station every morning to grab coffee, and it has a Subway in it and I really wanted a sub for lunch, so I got one, turkey and cheese. I ate the whole thing. And it was good, so so good.

I puked this morning and then felt fine after just one zofran pill all day. I even managed to clean up the dog's mess (without more puking) and did dishes and laundry this evening while cooking dinner, after I cleaned out the fridge. I'm starting to think I just need to puke every morning!

My 2 year old still likes to cuddle, especially when he's upset or tired. He has this annoying habit of sticking his hand in my bra! I've never been ok with that behavior even though we breastfeed over 1 year. Now with my girls so tender I just want to dump him off my lap when he does it.
Why does he still do this?! Over a year of saying no and moving his hand! Arg!

I lose respect for my friends when they join MLM companies and spend all their free time and social networking bandwidth hawking the latest fad diet product. I mute them on Facebook and decline all opportunities to interact with them. I refuse to encourage someone who only wants to start a book club or invite me to her kid's birthday party so she can try to sell me overpriced Slim-Fast.

I also block people who do nothing but share boutique contests on FB (you know, the "share the pic of this hideous bedazzled purse with 1500 people and you could win it!").

Apparently I'm kind of a bitch about social media.

We went away for the weekend to a cabin for our anniversary and it had a hot tub. Yes, I got in the hot tub (only for 15 min)...the hot tub was the reason we booked the cabin in the first place! Obviously it was booked before I found out I was pregnant, but I gotta tell you it felt great on my aching back!

We do turkey and ham for Thanksgiving and Easter, but for Christmas we do Mexican food (mom is Mexican)...tamales, enchiladas, rice, chicken mole'...my mouth is watering just thinking about it! Sadly living in the UK, I will have NONE of that for quite a while!
