Anyone else have a bald toddler? It doesn't help that DS has a ginormous head and white-blonde hair. I feel like it makes him look more infant like (especially since he isn't walking) rather than a toddler.

All blonde babies I know have been very slow growing hair.
DD2 has hair but nothing that needs to be cut and not anywhere near enough to pull back or brush.

Oh and on the toddler thing. I know one year olds are considered toddlers but in my mind they're not toddlers until about 18 months.

Same problem for us... Both DH and I were bald babies (even at 2 with pink and bows, ppl would ask my parents if I was a boy or girl). Now DH has a thick mane of curly hair and I have long full wavy hair. I hope Koa's hair grows out soon... I too think it makes him look baby-ish.

Albert's hair is strawberry blond or red. He's no where near to needing a hair cut. It just recently started looking like he has any hair at all.

DD has very little hair as well! The hair she does have is all on top on of her head- not on the sides or back. It's like a baby bull cut almost- haha.

I had to trim her bangs the other day because the hair gets in her eyes and she won't wear a clip or bow.

My mom said I was the same way- and it just all came in at once. I'm still waiting... you aren't alone! haha

@hls19 - hair mullet haha! we referred to LO's hair as a head skirt because he only had hair on the side and back and it was all one length with a definitive line where he was bald on top.

i consider my kid a toddler since she's toddling around (Running etc) now. as to the hair issue, my kid is strawberry blond and the only longer hair she has is along the back (baby mullet comming). all her top hair is still super short to the point she looks bald from a few feet away.

you're not alone. i was told my MIL that DH didn't have hair until he was nearly 2.
