Mine's going to be a ladybug. I bought her a little red tutu skirt with black dots from Etsy and she'll wear a black onesie and either red or black tights. Simple and comfy but I think it'll be cute.
A ladybug! DH and I met on Halloween 3 years ago and I was a lady bug so I thought it was fitting! I made a black and red tutu and a red hat and put black spots on a red onsie!
Son is going to be a fireman. Daughter will not have a costume bc she will likely be strapped in the Ergo as we go around the neighborhood, but she has a Halloween outfit. We tried it on yesterday. I don't think she likes it.
Ugh. This has been haunting me (pun intended) for weeks. I really wanted to come up with something super cute for my 3 girls, but what do my older two want to be? A blue monster and a red monster... Really?! And they think Kyndall should be a yellow monster.
Guess I need to get creative over the next two weeks!
January 2009: Goodbye TR (13 weeks)
February 2010: Welcome DD1!
March 2011: Welcome DD2!
He is going to be Mario in a boot from Mario 3. He will just be in a little fuzzy green boot with a winding key on it that I am making and have a red hat with an M on it. Hopefully it will be obvious what he is. Lol.

A few Halloweens ago, MH went as Curious George and I was the (wo)Man in the Yellow Hat. I still have that costume and LO has a monkey hooded outfit. MH is also going to wear yellow...tho all his yellow stuff is Bruins!
Tigger! Someone bought us a Tigger onesie and hat as a gift and it's the perfect size. I will probably buy some baby jeans and orange socks to go with it, or orange pants if I can find some that match.
LO will be a box of dunkin donuts munchkins! I'll be wearing her and I've got the box cut out to fit on the outside. She will have a onsie with little puff balls glued to it that look like munchkins. Ill be a regular donut and DH will be an iced coffee!
I'm almost done with her costume but burnt the shit out of my finger with the hot glue gun and quit
My donut is just an inner tube that I will paint and use pipe cleaners as sprinkles and wear it around my waist. We're still working on the coffee costume.

DS1 is obsessed with Curious George right now so he's going as him, DS2 will be a banana and DH will be the man in the yellow hat. I'll be carrying DS2 so I guess I'll be the banana tree...
DS has a pumpkin outfit that my mom got him. He will probably just wear that, not that we are going out with him. We have a few outfits that people got him for Halloween. Sad thing is I think they will all be a bit big for him since they are 0-3/3 month outfits and LO is still in newborn clothes.
Henry will be the hungry caterpillar and 2yoDD will be the butterfly. I've been going crazy trying to finish their costumes for pumpkin fest this Saturday.

@JLMcWeeney So cute! If your LO would take it you could use a mustache pacifier too
Auli's auntie bought her a fleece owl costume from old navy. And thus begins the lifelong associations of her name with this bird (sigh).
Anyway, this is the ONLY Hallowe'en we're letting other dress her. Hallowe'en is way too cool and important of a holiday to DH and I to allow others to steal away our creative juices. I think next year we'll dress her up as a garden gnome.
I wasn't going to have her in a costume at all, but the mom's group I'm in said that everyone will be wearing costumes the week of Halloween. I didn't want to spend a lot, so I ordered a plain white onesie, a grey hat and some fabric markers to make an R2D2 costume.
