Did anyone's doctor give them a timeline for exercise after your loss? I had a d & c (at 11 weeks) last Friday and have not exercised since. I was very active both before and during my pregnancy. My doctor said I could return to normal after the weekend, but I am nervous my bleeding will increase. I need the mood boost given from boot camp/running, but don't want to rush things. Any advice? Opinions?

I had my d & c yesterday and asked the dr this am when I can start running again. She said to take it easy (go for a walk) the next 2-3 days and very gradually start again over the next 2 weeks. I also ran before and during my pregnancy - only slowing down my pace.
If you feel good, try going for a short run and a slow pace and then take it from there. I plan to take off a few days and then gradually get back into the swing of things. I generally start going stir crazy if I don't run for a few days, so we'll see how this goes . . .
