ECV and Pre-Eclampsia

Do any of you have experience with a breech baby and pre-e? I have been on bed rest for a little over a week now with elevated BP and mild pre-e. Just found out at 38 weeks that he is breech and have scheduled a version (ECV) for next Tuesday to see if they can flip him and perhaps I can have a natural birth. Just curious if anyone has had the procedure done with pre-e symptoms. My dr doesn't seem concerned but I'm worried it will cause him to be stressed or for me to need an emergency csection if my BP starts to climb.
