What are your opinions on the safety of using Seventh Generation's disinfecting wipes while pregnant. I am asking specifically, because they claim there is no rinsing or wiping is required, even on food contact surfaces. It is the fact of not rinsing it on food contact surfaces that has me a bit concerned.
My reading has led me to believe that it should be just fine. However, I would like other opinions regarding it.
The active ingredient is thymol, it is derived from thyme. But I am a bit wary of concentrated herbs since becoming pregnant.
This link is to the MSDS that the company provides.
Thanks for your time!

I use Lysol wipes too, along with all my other usual cleaning chemicals. The only thing I do differently when I'm pregnant is wear gloves when I apply the dogs' flea drops.
