I think it looks better without the y. I'd probably pronounce it differently if it had one n or two. I'd be more tempted to say Lilli-anne-ah with two ns, and Lilli-aah-na with one n. If that makes sense.
Lilianna or Lilliana - I think the ah-na vs an-na is a regional thing because I would pronounce them both the same in a compound name. Ana on its own I might pronounce differently. I would just avoid multiple double letters.
Another vote for Liliana. I Googled it quickly, and this seems to be the most classic spelling (not that you have to go with the classic spelling if you have another preference). Here it is on Nameberry: https://nameberry.com/babyname/Liliana.
Oh this is awesome! We are having a girl as well and we had chosen the same name! My name is Ann, and my MIL name is Grace. We chose Lilyann Grace. There are sooo many ways to write lily. I feel ya. We struggled with Liliann and Lilliann. So many choices! When is you dd?? ))
Re: How would you spell her name
I don't care for Lillana. It looks like little anna to me. :P

This is why I like to go with traditional, easy to spell names.

I think we are going with
Lilliana Grace
Since we will call her Lilli also
Lily was my great grandmother
Grace is my middle name
^^^^ wondering the same?!? And I agree with PP for spelling with corresponding pronunciation.
