GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? Umm, haven't worked out in a couple of weeks. I was doing 40-55 minutes on a cross trainer and then rotating body areas weight lifting. I need to start doing that again.
Timing: using just temps, pretty not good. -3 and +1 dpo. Even if date is off, was pretty sick this past month, so hubby and I stayed away from each other.
Test plans: I did this morning, but don't want to get too excited cause it a cheap test and afraid it's evap line or something. We are stopping to buy a three pack of tests at CVS on our way home this morning. Will take one tonight, but since it will be after a long and delicious post wedding celebration, thinking wont get a +. Will take a second one tomorrow morning.
GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? I have been trying to get out of the gym and more active in my day to day life. Changed my work desk to a standing desk. I also found a squat workout I can do at work. Hiking/running/garden work, plus playing with my niece and nephew. I do have a gym membership, and sometimes it's just easier to get on the elliptical, but I'm trying to shake it up!

Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: I've got a whopper of a cold, so that's really all I can focus on right now. Over the weekend I had lots of PG symptoms that I had with my son, thus the testing yesterday. I am just super annoyed with my long, unpredictable cycles.

I go to the gym 2-3 times a week then either run on my treadmill or do a video another 2 days a week (ideally anyway) I try to work out as much as possible while TTC, it helps take my mind off things and I think of it as "better lose this weight before I get knocked up!"
GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? Besides running back and forth for 8-10 hours a day at work? I take the dogs for a 30 minute walk daily, and, on my days off, I do an hour of yoga or Just Dance 3 per day. 30 minutes in the morning by myself, then 30 minutes in the evening with the kids.

Test plans: I'll probably wait until Halloween. I'm not big on peeing on sticks. I would rather just wait and see if I am just having a weird cycle and see if AF comes.

Sorry about your BFN I used the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor for the first time this month. I liked it, I hope it was accurate! Are you planning on temping too? I havent started temping yet, but I will start next cycle if this one is a BFN. I'm intersted to see if they confirm each other or give different results.

Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: Argh argh argh. These are my least favorite days. Around CD 12 until the end of my cycle is when I start analyzing every single twinge. Is that gas or cramps? Emotional because pregnancy or emotional because period? Also when I start looking at every piece of toilet paper to see if I've started spotting. I hate it. And H is off today, which would be great except it's raining so we can't really do anything and he's bored, which means whenever I start typing or reading he's coming in here looking over my shoulder. Makes me nuts.
GTKY: I take the dogs for a walk around our circle every evening, that's around 2 miles but it's a bit slow with them. I walk over to the gym at least 4 days a week and try to get in some time with the elliptical and the weight machines. I kind of want to do a couch to 5k, but my knees have been acting up lately.

Yup that's what I bought - the clear blue easy monitor. Glad to hear you liked it. I'm impatient and figure I would try to optimize my chances by charting, opks, and the monitor. Just started temping so next month will be my first full month of temping. I really wish I had started temping earlier, like a few months before TTC. Oh well. That's the one piece of advice I'm giving my girls who are getting ready to TTC - - start charting now!!!

Test plans: Going to try my hardest to wait until 14 DPO. Though having a pack of 25 cheapie Wondfo's in my bathroom makes it really hard to wait that long.
Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: None really. Though I am beginning to hate OPKs.. Ended up peeing on at least 25 of them this cycle trying to pinpoint my surge and never got a positive. We started doing the BD on cycle day 10 thinking O would come within the week, and ended up have WAY too much sex. I'm tired! b-( Though based on the second day of high temps, I'm 99% sure I ovulated, so after tonight we're taking a week or so off. Fingers crossed that this is our cycle.

I try to take my dog and DD for long walks, though now it's getting colder and I havn't been able to find DD a coat for the winter yet, so until I do, were limited to the warm days for walking. I have a treadmill and should be using it, but I totally don't as much as I should.

Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: Not really. My temps seem to be falling a little but mine never really stay in a very consistent pattern. Like last month stayed above cover line until CD 4 of next cycle. I did have weird ass dreams list night. Breasts are also a little sore but that is usual for my cycle.
GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? Damn this question makes me feel guilty about my lack of exercise and that expensive gym membership going to waste. I guess everyday sex and the occasional Zumba class. I gotta get my ass back on track!

@delphinus85 I have plantar fasciitis also. I've had it now for about a year. My podiatrist says the elliptical won't irritate it as bad. On my bad days i use the elliptical and the bike at the gym. When I'm feeling lucking I use the treadmill.

Also had a bit of spotting after HIO last night... again, not trying to stress about it. I am also super irritable and am already thinking I am out for the month. I need to seriously relax!
GTKY: During the summer when I am not working, I workout 4-5 times a week. During the school year, I typically do 3 days a week. I run, use the eliptical, zumba, UXF, and lots of projects around the house.

Yoga once a week, elliptical 2 times week, and I've started running every week during SD's soccer practice. The first month TTC I used the excuse that if I got pregnant I was going to gain weight anyways, but once reality hit me about how long this could take, I decided to get my @ss in gear!
Timing: According to FF's predicted O dates, we did well, but I haven't temped/charted this month so I have no idea.
Test plans: I tested Saturday morning and got a BFN, but I'm still holding on! This is the longest cycle I've had in years, so not sure what to think yet. If AF isn't here by Friday, I'll test again.

For the folks w plantar fascitis - - - I found that yoga cleared mine right up.... Lots and lots of calf stretching. Granted mine wasn't terrible - mostly made walking in the morning super painful... But yoga really did the trick.

I started physical therapy today to try to help me. I have a medical condition that causes my muscles to get stiff and have spacticity. This kind of adds to my problems. The therapist said I should know if it's working with 6 treatments and I'm going twice a week so I should know if it's treatable in 3 weeks lol. So far every treatment the podiatrist has tried hasn't worked. I'm also a little weird because I have it in both feet equally. Even the therapist said today she's never seen that before.

Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: Argh argh argh. These are my least favorite days. Around CD 12 until the end of my cycle is when I start analyzing every single twinge. Is that gas or cramps? Emotional because pregnancy or emotional because period? Also when I start looking at every piece of toilet paper to see if I've started spotting. I hate it. And H is off today, which would be great except it's raining so we can't really do anything and he's bored, which means whenever I start typing or reading he's coming in here looking over my shoulder. Makes me nuts.
GTKY: I take the dogs for a walk around our circle every evening, that's around 2 miles but it's a bit slow with them. I walk over to the gym at least 4 days a week and try to get in some time with the elliptical and the weight machines. I kind of want to do a couch to 5k, but my knees have been acting up lately.

Yup that's what I bought - the clear blue easy monitor. Glad to hear you liked it. I'm impatient and figure I would try to optimize my chances by charting, opks, and the monitor. Just started temping so next month will be my first full month of temping. I really wish I had started temping earlier, like a few months before TTC. Oh well. That's the one piece of advice I'm giving my girls who are getting ready to TTC - - start charting now!!!

Timing: -5, -4, -3, -2, -1, O, +1 and planning on +2 tonight. We've been doing the horizontal tango a LOT.
Test plans: Going to try my hardest to wait until 14 DPO. Though having a pack of 25 cheapie Wondfo's in my bathroom makes it really hard to wait that long.
Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: None really. Though I am beginning to hate OPKs.. Ended up peeing on at least 25 of them this cycle trying to pinpoint my surge and never got a positive. We started doing the BD on cycle day 10 thinking O would come within the week, and ended up have WAY too much sex. I'm tired! b-( Though based on the second day of high temps, I'm 99% sure I ovulated, so after tonight we're taking a week or so off. Fingers crossed that this is our cycle.
GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? I try to take my dog and DD for long walks, though now it's getting colder and I havn't been able to find DD a coat for the winter yet, so until I do, were limited to the warm days for walking. I have a treadmill and should be using it, but I totally don't as much as I should.

Phantom symptoms/rants/chart stalks: Not really. My temps seem to be falling a little but mine never really stay in a very consistent pattern. Like last month stayed above cover line until CD 4 of next cycle. I did have weird ass dreams list night. Breasts are also a little sore but that is usual for my cycle.
GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? Damn this question makes me feel guilty about my lack of exercise and that expensive gym membership going to waste. I guess everyday sex and the occasional Zumba class. I gotta get my ass back on track!

GTKY: What's your workout routine while TTGP? I have really tried to get back into exercising since TTC. Since getting off BCP I have put on some weight and it has made feel unhealthy. Yoga once a week, elliptical 2 times week, and I've started running every week during SD's soccer practice. The first month TTC I used the excuse that if I got pregnant I was going to gain weight anyways, but once reality hit me about how long this could take, I decided to get my @ss in gear!

CD/DPO: CD16/ DPO unknown. Never could pinpoint it, thinking I didn't O at all this cycle

Shamefully enough I have no workout routine whatsoever :O However, after my next period I will be claiming a free month of membership at a gym across the street from my house! I plan to get on a regular 3 day a week workout plan and work towards 'hot wife' status and be more prepared for 'hot mom' status whenever I finally get a BFP!

My usual running around as a nurse and my elliptical a few times weekly.
I started physical therapy today to try to help me. I have a medical condition that causes my muscles to get stiff and have spacticity. This kind of adds to my problems. The therapist said I should know if it's working with 6 treatments and I'm going twice a week so I should know if it's treatable in 3 weeks lol. So far every treatment the podiatrist has tried hasn't worked. I'm also a little weird because I have it in both feet equally. Even the therapist said today she's never seen that before.
