Just finished watching Penn State beat Michigan in 4OT!!!
Now dh and I are discussing the layout for the kitchen renovation.
What an exciting game!!
Yes, it was an exciting game!
Penn State alum here. DH is from Michigan and is a Michigan football fan. Every time the two teams meet, it (jokingly) tests our marriage. It is all in good fun for us though. Plus, we love exposing LO to both sides. He enjoyed the game as well. ;-)
I just had sushi and now we are watching the Tigers/Red Sox match up on TV. LO is happily playing in his bouncy seat, "talking" to his bird friends.
Just got home from our first thanksgiving dinner (We have four sets of parents so we eat a lot during the holidays). Heading to bed with a full stomach.

I cannot wait for thanksgiving dinner!!
I mentioned to DH that it is Canada's Thanksgiving after seeing the thread earlier. He requested we celebrate by having ham and greenbean casserole for dinner. ...we don't live in Canada, nor are we Canadian.
H, LO and I went shopping today. We live in CA where it doesn't snow but will be spending at least a week at Christmas in the DC area and costal NJ so we are trying to figure out how to dress LO.
Now we are hanging out watching Moneyball while LO sleeps on H's shoulder. I am hoping she isn't out out because I plan on bathing her before putting her down for the night.
@ktballz I live right outside of DC, the key is pack stuff you can layer cause it can be so unpredictable. One year on thanksgiving it snowed, the next it was sunny and 65.
@ashleyamberRN that is very good to know. H is from the area but isn't very helpful.

Completely rational! We have a wedding to go to tomorrow.. I plan to eat like it's thanksgiving ;-)
Besides our scary incident the rest of the day has been great visiting family. Great weather. LO has loved being outside in his stroller and enjoyed wearing him in my k'tan without us overheating. Now DH and my dad are waching football while I'm planing to bump the night away and watch over my baby
...while H plays GTA V online. I hate that game with a fiery, burning passion.
Me, too! DH is playing it right this second. He even skipped church this evening to play. All he does when he gets home from work is play. Every waking hour not spent doing something absolutely necessary or vital (eating, bathroom, etc) he is playing that stupid fucking game.
Edit: As for me, I'm zoning out on the couch waiting for my anxiety medication to kick in.

Yesterday when I got home from the gym H was playing while LO cried and cried. He can't figure out why she cries so much when he's watching her. I think it's because she is feeling neglected.

And now I want Thanksgiving dinner!
