What are you excited to do after you give birth that you can't do now? I know we all want to kiss and hold our babies but what nbr thing are you excited about?
I am so excited to be able to go on long walks and actually enjoy shopping again. Everything just takes so much energy. I would also like to drink wine guilt free.
I'm with Frankie on this one. I'm not on bedrest or anything, but being pregnant freaks him out majorly. So once cleared and up for it, I'll definitely be looking forward to that.
I also can't wait to eat me some raw cookie dough! I've had to buy cookies already made to stem the temptation of raw cookie dough, it's the best part of baking cookies.
I really miss being intimate with him, and after everything we have been through, Jan/Feb can not come quick enough. I have got the whole day/night planned out in my head already
Drinking, running, being able to sit on the floor and play with my kids without it causing problems for my sciatic nerve! Not having RLP every time I move.
ETA- I am on the opposite side of everyone else and am NOT looking forward to sex after baby! I have been fortunate enough to only have been only pelvic rest a total of 2 months of the pregnancy(and am not currently on it), and I am thankful for that, but I enjoy pregnancy sex WAY better than non pregnant sex! Sure certain positions aren't comfortable anymore, but I get more pleasure out of it. All that extra blood flow I guess. And post partum sex has always been AWFUL for me. With my first 2 kids, I couldn't even physically do it for 12 weeks PP, and then it was seriously painful/uncomfortable for the first year But I totally understand those wanting to be able to be intimate again! I have just had bad bad experiences with PP sex

I have learned not to do that. My DH never lives up to what I've got planned out in my head. He has his moments where he does something that is totally unexpected and knocks me off my feet, but when I build something up, it's always better in my head. I guess it's a hazard of reading too many books and watching too many movies.
I usually give him the heads up, usually something along the lines of, 'tonight is date night I am in control'.
Can't wait to not worry about caffeine and sleeping on my stomach even just laying in my back comfortably! Oh and getting rid of this back/hip pain. Mostly I can't wait to hold my baby and go through it all over again with the next one ha!
I'm just excited to have my body back to myself. I can't wait to not have this terrible rib pain anymore, or the "sour stomach" that I've gotten since being pregnant. Just not having those 2 things will make me so so happy!
In no particular order, I want to eat raw oysters with lots of horseradish, drink about a pot of coffee in one sitting, and travel to see my far away friends and family (DH got scared about me traveling and clipped my wings in early September).
Run! I've had to stop here recently because too much pelvic pressure and exhaustion, even still though I've really only done up to 2 miles at a time in the last few months. I'm ready to get out on my long runs because that's where my ultimate zen place is. Not to mention I'm running the Houston half marathon in January so I've got some catch up to do. And I'm dying for a bottle of wine. Yes- bottle.
Andplusalso take a HOT bath. This lukewarm bullshit is killing me.

My Ovulation Chart
Have a few glasses of wine.

Belly flop the bed and lay on my stomach forever!!
Also eat raw brownie batter.
And I really missed water skiing/tubing on the lake this summer so I can't wait for that next summer too!
I would say I'm looking forward to holding DS and having him be able to put his head on my shoulder without my big belly in the way
2. Going to my hot yoga classes. The 105 degree heat is a no-no per my doctor and I would probably faint anyways.
3. Playing soccer again.
4. Wine..wine..all the wine! And a nice cold corona light with a lime.
5. Actually enjoying sex, it's been "eh" for me and I'm just so exhausted all the time. I want my energy back!
1. Wear pants that have a button and zipper. I didn't realize I would miss that.
2. Be able to roll over in bed with ease.
3. Be able to walk up a flight of stairs without getting out of breath.
Andplusalso take a HOT bath. This lukewarm bullshit is killing me.
