Here is what I have started to use, it's long sleeve which is hard to find and very heavy. It's a bit expensive but holds up better than some of the others. They have a thinner version also which we used in summer.
Have you tried the GroBag brand? I can't remember the other brand (my daughter is sleeping it in now). We have a variety of sleep sacs including some that are multiple layers thick (like a comforter). It is getting cold here overnight (down to 2celsius, 35f). Right now she is in a fleece sleeper, flecce single layer sleep sac and a multi layer sleep sac!!
Our house is huge and her room is the coolest so we bundle her up.
I have seen some online that are downfilled like a big duvet! Anyways your link still looks liek a very thin sleep sac...way thinner than the warm ones we have so if you need warmer try grobag brand or searching for something layered.
I actually started making my own when DD was 8 mos. That way, I could make them exactly how big I needed them and out of whatever kind of material I thought would be useful during each season. A & A makes some thicker ones as well as the ones mentioned.
