  @demodoll I have been picturing a boy. I can't quite tell how much of it is my protective nature bracing myself for my not-quite-as-preferred outcome, though... or if I really just do have a sense that it's a boy.
  
  I'd love one of each, and this will be our last baby, so i'll be a tiny bit sad if I never can be a mom to a girl... but lately I've really been focusing on the mental picture of two brothers playing together, so that's a very sweet and wonderful thing to imagine too.
  
  We'll see! T minus 2 hours to go!!

  IT'S A GIRL!!!!!!!!  and she look perfect!  my mom came with us, and we had to drop my son off at school afterward, so we decided to stuff our faces with food (because nothing says welcome to girly motherhood like a chocolate glazed donut, right?!) and then we went shopping for girly cloth diapers and clothes
  
  sorry it took me so long!  she hates when i'm glued to my phone while she's visiting, so i was patient and kept in my purse until she left.
