Pin Prick vs. General Cramps

So, for the past three weeks I've been having more bloating and jsut a generally crampy feeling.  Today however, it feels more like little pin pricks really low and central.  Has anyone else experienced this change in sensation and what's going on with your BFP since then?  My head is telling me "hey lady, your prego and going to experience lots of new and weird things", but my heart is going "what the h is this?  Is this a repeat of February?"  (I had a loss in Feb 2013)

    Are you in first tri? (Sorry, on mobile and can't see your sig.) You can probably chalk this up to round ligament pain. I had this a lot in first tri. Totally normal. I'm very sorry for your loss.

    I had that earlier this week too.   I think it is normal as the uterus grows and stretches.

    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I'm at the end of Week 5. EDD 5/30 or 5/31 depending on which calculator I use.  Thanks for your replies, somethings all it takes is a little reassurance to bring you back from crazytown.

     

    QOTR, I'm so jealous that you've had your US already!  Congrats on the SLH!

    I felt the same thing early on. Sometimes felt like menstrual cramps and sometimes like quick little sharp pricks. Hasn't happened at all for a few weeks now. But now different things hurt! Always something new...

    QOTR, I'm so jealous that you've had your US already!  Congrats on the SLH!

    It does seem like you have an agonizing wait in front of you.  I hope it passes quickly!    So, I'm stumped.  What is SLH?

    SLH = sweet little heartbeat!  :)  Sorry I improv'd on that acronym...but I think it should be standard since so many of us anxiously await it!

    I am 6 weeks today and felt what you described. I still do from time to time. My RE said it is your uterus stretching/ligament pain. All completely normal!
    I'm due 5/30 as well :)

    Well we were at a wedding tonight over an hour from home and I started spotting brownish. We left early, it was a miserable ride home and now I'm quickly heading to depressed/ panic mode. My heart hurts. I keep trying to tell myself it's just spotting, but my gut seems to feel otherwise.

    I read stories on here all the time where spotting turns out to be just fine.   I know it's impossible not to worry though.  I hope it all turns out ok.  Keep us posted!

    Oh I am sorry to see this, the timing certainly is worrisome since you are still so early. However, I do know of some women who had early bleeding and it turned out to be a clot. They went on to have healthy pregnancies. I will be hoping everything turns out ok for you! Try not to panic, I know it's so hard, but the stress is not good for your pregnancy! Please keep us updated. Hugs!

    Well still on and off spotting but nothing heavy. GYN definitely getting a call tomorrow. Thanks for all of your T&P, I could feel them!
