I went to my nephews baseball game and the mall and now I am exhausted. I have so much cooking and cleaning to do and I just can't. So I am catching up from any good drama the last day or so.

DH and I worked on cleaning/organizing the garage so we can start on the nursery (we're moving his office to the garage and turning the original office room into the nursery). Then we cleaned and did some laundry, I made milkshakes, and also peed about twelve times total during all of that. I think LO had a growth spurt, because I didn't have to go like that last week.

She's pretty cute in person too. I have a hard time telling her no sometimes! She's cute with her glasses, she likes to try them on all of her dolls and animals. It's hilarious!

woah!!! I think that's seriously one of my worst fears LOL! I've been lurking in October the past few days too. I'm getting more and more into birth stories. I feel like it's helping prepare me a bit for what's to come and different scenarios.

I've been popping and in out of here today. DH is painting the nursery and is making me second guess my color choice after he OK'd it yesterday and I bought decor to compliment it today....now I am mulling this over.

DH is gone for the weekend so I painted the trim in my basement and stained some projects that have been looming over my head. I think I'm gonna sit back and chill with a movie tonight.

I'm here. DH and I ran errands today and I got my hair trimmed. He made us a yummy dinner of burgers, a blue cheese wedge salad and corn on the cob. Now we're watching This is the End. Hope everyone is having a good night!

Also, I've been running around like a lunatic today finding a new dress for my shower tomorrow. I can't tell you how many I've bought and returned. I don't even love the one I have, but it's too late now! I also got my nails done which was wonderful. Now just relaxing watching the Blackhawks game with DH.

Omg, I had 3 orders with 2 dresses each time from asos and none worked, not one. I went to pea in the pod yesterday and then a little boutique today. Still don't even love it, but I'm exhausted and over it. Oh well, it's not as nice as I wanted but nothing I can do now. Definitely much more stressful than it should have been!

@MBMO2 same with me basically! I ordered a bunch from ASOS and it all fit but I just feel like I look fat in every single thing! So then I got a top from Motherhood. Loved it 2 weeks ago. Tried it on this week and hated it! Sooooo I ordered a plain long sleeved black fitted maxi from Old Navy maternity. That's what I'm wearing. Definitely not what I really wanted but I just can't be bothered. I'll dress it up with accessories.

I'm sure you're going to look amazing tomorrow! You always do! Cannot wait to see pics! :x

RE the birth story. That makes me glad we are 5 minutes from our hospital. No way would I want to deliver on the side of the road. She was so at peace about it. No thanks!

At least her labor was only 2 hours!

Busy day here, about to end. Got home from work at 8ish; Went to a local farm to check out their grassfed meat, bought pumpkins for the girls, bought a gift, took D3 to a birthday party, brought her home, went grocery shopping, came home, started baking a few dozen scones for snack time at church tomorrow (vanilla, choc chip and pumpkin), supper grilled by H (some yummy grassfed tri tip from the farm), just finished clean-up.
My TOES (???!!!) are swollen and I'm going to bed.
