Tail bone sore, passing gas tmi

I know there have been a lot of tail bone posts lately. When I was younger I jumped off a bridge (into water) & broke my tail bone. It's always uncomfortable but when I'm pregnant it seems unbareable. This time around it's even worse. It hurts to stand, sit, pretty much everything. It hurts to pass gas even (lots of pain & pressure on tail bone) lately I've been getting a shooting pain that starts in my tail bone & shoots up the spine. I plan on talking to ob in 1.5 weeks when I see her but does this happen to anyone else? Did you find relief? I've searched google but didn't find anything

    Thanks. I'll try that. I've been doing some stretches. Feels ok while I do them but as soon as I'm done hurts again. I've been icing & heating too. I've had dh massage but might break down & try a professional one. Thanks ladies!!
