Update to "my time here is over"

I did not miscarry. I have a subchorionic bleed, which I guess is very common.

I'm so relieved! Thanks for all the positive words and prayers!

I am 6.5 weeks, only a few days later than I thought. EDD 5/26.

ETA: that Rhogam shot hurts like a b!tch, this is my 7th one and I never get used to them.

    i'm so glad to hear this! see, told ya to stay positive! sucks that you had to go through that emotional turmoil though. baby should be grounded for a week when they come out, for making mommy scared.

    Me-41, Hubby-40.
    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.

    I have a SCH as well and know how scary it can be. I thought I was having a m/c at 4-5 weeks but am now at week 9 and doing great. So glad you got good news!

    That is great news!!!!

    When I had to get my Rhogram shot the nurse kept telling me how bad it hurt, and I barely felt it.  However, now I am scared for the one at 28 weeks, lol!

    I thought you got the Rhogram shot at 28 weeks only?!?!? I will need one but am curious as to why you got it early?

    Wonderful news! I was also told early on I was miscarrying and turns out I have a retroplacental bleed (Similar to the SCH but in a diff spot)

    Great news! I found out at 6 weeks I had an SCH causing bleeding as well. Passed the 8 week mark and have had no spotting in a week. T&P that it quickly dissolves for you!

    I believe they will give you the shot early if you have bleeding as a precaution.

    I had to get it because I was bleeding. In fact, I've bled with each pregnancy (each for diff reasons) and I've always gotten one in the first trimester, one at 28 weeks, and after I have the baby.

    I had a sch as well. I freaked out. Bled on Tuesday and worried all night. I have stopped now. Super scary! Glad you are ok too!!

    Any time you bleed there is a chance of you being exposed to fetal blood, which is what causes rh sensitivity. You also have to have one if you have a mc for the same reason. (-) only

    Im SO glad I read your guy's post about this! I've been spotting light brown on and off since Wednesday. I am o-. I called the nurses yesterday and since I haven't had my blood work done yet, thy probably didn't mention it Bc they didn't know my blood type. I called back today and asked and they want to give me the shot today. Gives me a little sigh of relief :) I had no idea you had to get it when spotting. I thought it was only after a miscarriage or at 28 weeks.
