I say that's a fab number!!! YAY! You definitely need to keep posting in there. We all need your updates. Very happy for you!

Congrats to those with all the great ER numbers and FX to those already doing your transfers!!

Nothing much new here. We did start PIO two nights ago, so that's been fun. Not so bad, but def hurt more than all the tummy shots - I didn't have to do my trigger in the butt, not sure why. It's a little sore already, so I can see how several weeks of these can really bruise you up pretty good back there! I will say by far the worst thing I've had to do/take so far is the Medrol - it leaves the nastiest taste in my mouth and I gag every single time. The pills I got are small white ones without any coating - A.W.F.U.L. Anyone else have this issue? I have to eat something substaintial afterwards just to get the taste out of my mouth! Yesterday I tried putting gatorade in my mouth first and then the pill and that made it even worse. OY!

We're still on track for FET on Sunday. I go in Saturday morning for my lining check and then we should be good to go! I actually got happy emotional about it for the first time today...it's so close and so real now! We won't find out what time the transfer is until sometime on Sunday morning once they know when they'll be done w/the ERs, so I have a feeling it's going to be a loooong day. Maybe I'll go get a pedi first thing to kill some time. I saw a PP say you got massages and went to the mall - what other things have you ladies done to kill time before your transfers? I'd love to get a massage, but I'm worried about the blood flow moving away from my uterus.

QOTD: I can't think of a particular full meal, but if there was only one thing I could eat it would definitely be CHEESE. I freaking love cheese, it should be it's own food group, I put it on everything even seafood sometimes. MH says I love cheese more than him hahaha! Once we do get our BFP giving up soft cheeses is going to be soooo hard for me! I know, I'm ridiculous lol

Hi Pumpkins! Still on BCP for another week (@tigger99, sounds like we may be cycling together!), baseline bw and us on Friday next week. Today we went to injection class and signed our consents. EEK!!!!! It's really starting to get real!

@Rixx looks like we are cycle buddies. I also had my baseline with next appt 10/14. I started estrace 2 mg tid and Lupron injections to add to my vitamin, baby Asa and folic acid. Looking forwar to this cycle getting under way. Optimistic as well. This is my month!

Help!!!! I just got the call from the doctor I had the uterine biopsy test with and he said my natural killer cells are high. He asked what day of my cycle I was on and I said I didn't know as I had been spotting for nearly two weeks (even before the biopsy on Monday) and it had got a little bit heavier yesterday and this morning. He said I should be on a medicated cycle with BCP and synarel nasal spray to be in control of my cycle with HRT prior to FET. Aaaagh- I don't know what to do. I am scheduled for a FET with my current clinic in two weeks. My original doctor was just going to give me 0.25mg of clomid plus a trigger injection for this cycle. If I want to change I have to decide today as the new doctor says I should start BCP's today or tomorrow if I decide to delay the transfer. I will also need to arrange the transfer of our embryos to the new clinic ASAP. Dr 2 also wants me on intralipid infusions plus clexane and dexamethosone. Any help or advice would be so much appreciated. I'm desparate!!!!!

I'm PUPO! We transferred 2 day 3 embryos today. 1 7 cell and 1 3 cell. It was such a cool feeling being able to see the embies before the transfer. Picture attached. QOTD - probably pizza...but I'm not really sure!

I have no idea what to say! That is scary! Personally I would call the REs office and talk to the doc about this.... They most likely would want to do a screening or at least see the lab reports from your other doc!

@FutureMrsW9 - Ugh, I have medrol too that I have to start taking tonight. The nurse said it tastes GROSS. She suggested taking it with a spoonful of ice cream to get it down, otherwise it leaves a trail of grossness on the way down. Ick! Between that and the first PIO shot of my life, I'm not super psyched (except for the ice cream part, I love ice cream lol). Good luck on your FET! I have my fingers and toes and everything crossed for you!

Add me to your list! I began the process for IVF #2 today. Baseline shows I am ready to start the meds. We are so happy to jump back in. We are fortunate to have many embryos to choose from. Looking forward to transfer possibly the 19th of this month!

definitely call your doc. I have high NK cells and am doing IL infusion (should be 7-14 days before ET) and I am on dexamethasone.

Hey y'all I love being a "Precious Pumpkin" that is simply tres cute!

Update tomorrow is my pre-IVF checkup so I am seriously praying that it goes well. We will know by the afternoon if we can start stimming on 10/7 (Monday!). I have all my meds here with me which as ya know is SO many. FOUR types of injections, three types of oral and some progesterone for where the sun don't shine lol!!!

After two years and multiple losses I am so hoping this could be it. As I know all you lovelies are...

The good news is that if this cycle is a "no go" we can probably try again next month my RE says!

We are so close and after all the battling with the insurance etc. I am ready to begin. I am nervous cause I read so many heartbreaking stories but I know if I do not do this I will always "wonder".

I can also relate to being a "starving marvin" my DH is just quite...I have been eating a small something when I get home from work and then having dinner a few hours later.

QOTD: Wine, cheese, bread, tomatoes and some type of fig jam like a tapa cheese plate...yep or perhaps some Panzenella with some cheese would do just fine!

AF is here! I have never been happier, since this means my calendar might not be as screwed up as I thought. Tomorrow I have to call the RE office to see what's next. I hope we can still do the thaw on the 17 and ET on the 22!

@marisaoc I did PGS on my fresh cycle due to losses too. Hope it gives you some answers too.
I take my last bcp on Sunday and couldn't be happier! I also found out I only have to do 4 days of doxy instead of 14. Super thrilled on that front!
QOTD: I could eat a bowl of soup and a turkey sandwich every day got the rest of my life.

Hi ladies. Sorry about my earlier freak-out and thanks to those who replied. After many conversations we are going to stick with our original doctor using the consulting doctors medication plan. We will be delayed until November though so I will not be a Pumpkin anymore

definitely call your doc. I have high NK cells and am doing IL infusion (should be 7-14 days before ET) and I am on dexamethasone.
@Twinke0612 Dr S puts most of his patients on dex but he has me on prednisone, I thought he said it was because of my nk cells.

Your right, I think they put all all patients on a steroids, I was on dex last cycle even before I knew about the NK cell issues. Steroids besides supresssing the immune system, also are anti-inflamatory.

He did mention at the last seminar that all patients with immunological factors such as NK cell issues are on some type of steroid (he specifically mentioned dex and prednisone).

Just got back from today's monitoring: my 11 follies are coming along

They're ranging in size from 10-15mm, and the doctor said to expect ER on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

I am impatiently waiting for ET on Monday! We had 16 eggs retrieved - of that, 10 were fertilized! Saying lots of prayers for multiplying cells and perfect blastocysts for Monday. In a positive state of mind this weekend (definitely helps that we're at the beach between ER and ET, so that I can't go crazy at home). sending good vibes to all the other lovely October pumpkins as well!!

katekat8721 Omg a trail of grossness is EXACTLY what happens! I'm gonna stop on the way home from work today and get some ice cream, hopefully that'll help! I just keep reminding myself that there's only 48 more hours of this....I'm so excited/nervous!!! Also, congrats on all of those eggs!!! I had 31 and we ended up with 16 6-day blast frosties, so I'm sure your number will probably be similar! :-) Still keeping everything crossed for you for no OHSS! Keep me posted on how you're feeling! Do you have any inkling on when your ET will be yet?

I am waiting to get the call to see what time I trigger tonight. ER will be Sunday. They measured 10 follicles over 15 which is lower than last time but you only need one, right?

I went back for monitoring today & will go tomorrow as well (2 hour drive both ways!). Today there were still 7 follies growing well & one wimpy one. They are between 13 - 17mm & the wimpy one is 10mm. The nurse guesses that ER will be on Tuesday or Wednesday. I feel anxious & excited.

I would like to join this board. I had my ER on 10/10. They retrieved 7 mature eggs. However, none fertilized naturally. They were able to do a rescue ICSI the next day and we got 4 fertilized embryos. We transferred 3 embryos on 10/13, a 7 cell, 5 cell and 4 cell.

Now I am dealing with the 2ww. I am worried bc we found out our 4 embryo did not make it to 4 day blast. So I am worried that means the 3 embryos transferred won't make it either. UGH....its killing me to not test. I really would like to. DH is not a fan of testing. He thinks we should hold off. I will go for beta on 10/25

Just think that you transferred the best 3 embryos!!!! Good luck to you, and I hope your 2ww flies by!
