I cannot seem to get on the exercise bandwagon. I've never been an avid exerciser. I'm really trying to because I know it's good for me and baby, but it seems like I can't manage to motivate myself to do it more than twice a week. I'm being whiney, I know I just need to do it I just need some motivation or new perspective. So tell me why this exercise is so good for me. And go!
