  • They're great there! Only thing was Dr McFarland insisted I HAD to have gestational diabetes cause my boy was so much bigger than he should have been...it's cause they had his due date off and they wouldn't go with my due date. They insisted august 7th, I knew it was July 26th. He was born on July 25th. Other than that the care was excellent and the staff was awesome. This post is so late but I hope you went with them!

  • Hi there,

Did you end up going to  Perinatal & Fertility Specialists of SA? I just moved to SA and just started going there for infertility tx (this is my first cycle with Clomid). I found Dr Honore to be very nice and informative. Since this is my first experience with infertility tx, I have nothing to compare it to. I have been there 3 times for ultra sounds and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. So far so good.

  • Hi! Yes, I have actually been going there since May. I am using Dr. Honore for infertility as well. I just had IUI #3. It seems he is much more conservative than other doctors in this area which is good but with my age I need him to be more aggressive on some things! Best of luck to you & I hope you get your BFP soon!!

We went to RMA for fertility appt...absolutely LOVED dr Aimee Browne...Right now I am pregnant and have Gestational Diabetes...so I have to go to Texas Perinatal...I do NOT recommend this group...the dr pretty much came in - introduced herself - did 1 minute ultra sound and left...then the NP that helps with GD is always rude and treats you like you are a failure...then we are waiting to find out the gender until the baby is born and the US tech said it was safe to look and when I looked up there was a perfect shot of two little legs/butt cheeks/genitalia - fortunately I realized it and looked away quickly but she knew we didn't want to know...I was pissed!!!
  • I just got referred over to Dr. McFarland for high risk. During your time seeing her what did she do as far as test wise etc.?
