Chia seeds

I usually just mix them in oatmeal or yogurt but I have heard of people drinking them. Anyone know what ratio of seeds to liquid.

    I do a banana muesli shake in the am before my workout- I do 1 tablespoons of chi seeds
  • Options
    I make a chia seed gel in advance...two tablespoons of chia and one cup of water and you can store it in the fridge for a week.  I add two tablespoons of the gel into oatmeal, or into a smoothie.
