I know that Eme is a very busy lady this month and I don't know if anyone stepped up to help with posting the check in until she is back with us, so since it was skipped yesterday I thought I'd post it a day late. I will do my best to keep up and respond to everyone, but as we know this can be a very overwhelming thread so please forgive me if I accidentally miss someone. Gestation in weeks/fruit: 12w 1d, Plum

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?

A lot better on both parts. I heard the heart beat at my appointment last friday and things are starting to feel real now!

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: No appointments until the end of Oct. My EDD for my loss is also on 10/29, I already feel the anxiety creeping up...

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? I love dressing up and taking my kids trick or treating and to different Halloween events. My favorite event we've taken them to so far has been Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: I will be 12 weeks tomorrow. Today a Lime tomorrow a Plum.

Feeling physically? I'm not as tired or as sick.
Mentally? Becoming worried. They had told me the last baby had quit growing around 12 weeks just days after my last appointment. Although I'm not sure this is true because the baby seemed alot bigger to me once I saw it. I officially lost it at almost 15 weeks.

Upcoming appointments: I have my first appointment tomorrow at 12 weeks. I am so afraid to have an ultrasound since the last time I was in that room we saw no heart beat for the last baby. I should have probably seen the dr sooner but life seemed to have other plans with my husband almost being killed in a wreck. Maybe after this ultra sound (crossing fingers and lots of prayers it's doing well) then life will feel it is finally becoming ok again.

What is your favorite thing about Halloween? The decorations, and my two boys dressing up and seeing them so excited to get ready for Halloween.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Very bloated and uncomfortable a lot of the time, and I can't sleep very well, but I'm happy and confident.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 13w5d Peach...I am measuring 3 days ahead so I like to think I'm 14 weeks already

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Good on both fronts. Having a good NT scan last Thursday helped.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Halloween parties! Though they have dwindled in recent years due to many friends having kids.

but I am so excited for a April baby... Just really hope I have one in April. Wish these feelings would go away.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 14 weeks, 2 days

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I have felt nauseous again the last 2 days. Emotionally I am doing much better. I still have the negative thoughts in the back of my mind but as long as they stay there I will be able to talk about this baby as if it's real. My ex (DS father) recently had 3 girls so they are excited for me and gave me a bunch of stuff already. Looking at the bassinet freaks me out a little but I managed to clean it.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I register at the hospital next Tuesday and I have an apt with the MW on the 21st. I have passed all my loss milestones which makes me fairly optimistic but as others have said it's doesn't completely free you.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? My son going trick or treating and bringing me home candy to eat.. obviously

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 11w4d/lime

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Still pretty tired and at the same time so exhausted but can't sleep at night. emotionally doing pretty good, having my doppler really calms me.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: due to not having a lot of time off left this year, my next appt. isn't until my a/s at 20 weeks so last week of November.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Passing out candy to all of the cute trick or treaters.

Gestation: 13w3d- 2nd tri- woooohooooo

feeling: physically pretty good. Still a little low on energy. Emotionally stabalizing- a good NT scan helped that. Waiting to feel flutters since I felt DD around 16w & STMs usually feel earlier, but I have an anterior placenta this time, so I'm working on patience.

milestones/appts: next one is 10/18, my initial EDD was 10/30, but that was back in 2010 and it's not that bad anymore; April, when I lost it is what sticks with me. Maybe this baby will help with that.

favorite thing about Halloween: peanutbutter cups!

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 11w3d, lime... Although at my 7w appt I was measuring a few days small, so hopefully nugget has caught up!

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically, pretty all over the place. Tired, drained, full of urine, lol. Emotionally... STRESSED. I wish I could go now and see baby, make sure all is okay. Sigh. Soon enough.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Next appointment is Thursday... as long as all is okay, I'll schedule my NT scan and my blood tests for all that stuff. Fingers crossed!

Thanks for the check in thomas! Serenla had offered to pick it up, but needed to post on Wednesday instead due to her schedule. I probably should have posted here in addition to PgAL yesterday, my bad!

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 12w2d, plum

How are you feeling physically? Still very tired. I can't wait to have some energy back! I stopped the Crinone on Sunday and am hoping it helps lessen some of the additional symptoms. FX!

Emotionally? I'm scared as hell for my genetic testing and u/s this afternoon. If all goes well we will finally be telling our families and closest friends and I'm still not ready. I don't think I will be until April when this baby is, hopefully, here in my arms.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: today is my level 2 u/s to check for everything and I'm supposed to be having my materniT21 blood draw. I have my first Doppler/normal prenatal OB visit next Tuesday.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Pumpkins! I love having them all over the house and carving all sorts of designs into them and lighting them up.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I'm still tired. I thought I was done with ms and it came back with a vengeance. Emotionally it's gonna be a tough month.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I have three appts this month. 2nd blood draw from nt scan. 10/21. Early glucose test on 10/22 and my loss anniversary on 10/23 and 16 week appt on 10/24. My 16 week appt was my last good appt last time so I'm going to be a nervous wreck until that 20 w appt.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Seeing all the little ones in their costumes. The younger the cuter!

It really doesn't matter. Why don't you take it next week, if you can. I've been having a hard time keeping up with the ticker change since this weekend ( I've had company in town, and I've got a lot going on next week) and I don't want anyone's post to get left out over here. Gestation in weeks/fruit: 10w 3d prune
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?
Not bad, feeling pretty bloated still which I thought would go down after I stopped the progesterone, but so far no such luck.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I did receive my Doppler last night and was able to find the hb twice! Makes my PGAL brain better, especially with the timing of going off Rx. Next appointment is Oct 17 for my nt scan.

Thank you for the hugs. I'm just so relieved DH is actually home to be at this appointment! He's missed the other 3 u/s's I've had and my loss milestones. If I can get through 2 mc's, EDD's and all this pregnancy has given me with my DH in other states, I'm sure I can get through anything

Intro: (It's long. Sorry.) Started TTC around Oct. 2011. In March 2012 I found out I was pregnant, but was spotting since implantation, so never thought that was going to stick. I MC at week 5 or 6. (I wish I hadn't even taken a pregnancy test and prefer to think of that one as not a pregnancy although the docs. consider it a MC). July 2012 had another positive, and then a MMC Aug. 19 (should have been 9w3d, measured 8w4d) and D&C Aug. 23. THIS BFP Aug. 13. At 6w5d had my first U/S and was diagnosed with a blighted ovum and prescribed cytotec. Since they saw the gestational sac as twice as large as it should have been and empty, they were sure that there was no baby in there. I took the cytotec, but barely bled. A week later, I had an U/S to see what was up in there and it turns out they had diagnosed a cyst on my ovary as the sac and the baby measured 7w5d! Taken poison has done nothing good for my PgAL brain.

Gestation: 10w1d. It's a lime (exciting because I strongly dislike olives and prunes).

How are you feeling?: Depends on the minute. Physically, my symptom haven't been bad at all the whole pregnancy (I kind of think it would be more reassuring if I was). Nauseous on and off. Slightly crampy at the moment and my boobs hurt. I'm ready to get a bump and not just feel fat. I also think it's time for a new bra (YIPEE!)

Upcoming appointments: I have a check-up Thurs. Can't wait to hear the heart beat.

GTKY: I LOVE pumpkins! For decoration, for food, for anything. I LOVE pumpkins.

Check in: Hello! I'm kinda new here. Have a 5 year old DS. In the past two years I've had three losses. All occurring before 10 weeks. I'm so grateful to be this far along and I am trying to stay positive and optimistic.

Gestation in fruit/weeks:
Today a plum, tomorrow a peach? I think:) 12 weeks 6 days:).

How are you feeling emotionally/physically?
Emotionally I feel anxious and scared. But our 1st Trimester screening test results came back yesterday and everything looks good. We saw the baby at our 12 week apt and he/she had a strong heartbeat and doctor said everything looked great. Physically, I'm EXHAUSTED! I just want to sleep all day. No more m/s at the sight of food but still just tired.

Next apt. or milestone:
Next apt isn't till 16 weeks, Oct 23rd.

Favorite thing about Halloween:
Decorating my house and the excitement my son has for the season!

Emotionally? A little worn down by symptoms. Having a hard time being excited when I feel so crummy.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Good and good, I have been having a bit of pgal brain but I had some ms so I feel a bit better.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I have an appointment with my midwife this afternoon, I am a bit nervous since this is the first appointment that DH will not be attending.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween?
Everything! I LOVE Halloween, it is my favorite holiday. I love pumpkin carving, I will probably be a total aw and post pics, scary movies, and I love costumes. I Cosplay so I usually have a lot of costumes to choose from.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I'm struggling with some work stress and the fact that the shutdown means my husband isn't getting paid right now. The stress is bad for me and bad for baby so trying to find a way to deal. Physically I'm having a lot of adhesion pain. its rough. Its affecting my sleep and over all it is draining. I'm just having a rough week over all.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We have our screening ultrasound and blood work tomorrow morning. Hoping for some good news and excited to see the little bean again. My previous late term loss occurred right before Halloween. October is such a hard month for me but I feel like if I get past this Halloween still pregnant I'll have won some kind of inner victory. Then I just have to make it past week 24...gosh that feels far off.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? I love seeing all the little babies and children in their costumes. They are just so adorable.

11w3d/lime

I'm still feeling nauseaus. But I seem to be feeling a little better in the mornings and get sick in the evenings. It's better than 24/7 I guess.

Emotionally I feel pretty good. But that's because I got to hear LO's heartbeat yesterday for the first time! Since I'm only a few days away from being 12w, we are telling people now. That's been fun.

I have my first appointment next week. So I'll get to hear the heartbeat again! I'm getting spoiled by my awesome midwife... She walked me through my previous loss and is just great.

I just love the general atmosphere during Halloween. And it's fall. And there are pumpkins everywhere! Love it!

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 13 weeks and 4 days/ Peach, I think

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Overall, ok. Nothing like having your toddler stare at you as you throw up though (ugh!). Emotionally - better. Yesterday was a very stressful/nervous day b/c I kept thinking of our ultrasound this morning.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We had our ultrasound this morning (NT scan) and the baby was perfect! Strong heartbeat, growing as should be, brain looked good, no signs of DS...even a little wave to us Because it was a great appointment - we had said beforehand that we would share with everyone (i.e FB...family already knew) if things looked good. So, we are now FB official! I was so nervous to do that - but the outpouring of love and congrats and personal messages has blown me away today.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Well, since having a child - dressing him up has been fun! I look forward to when he gets a bit older and I can watch him go up to neighbors doors and knock and ask for candy I also just love this time of year - fall festivals, cooler weather, etc.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I'm feeling ok. I have had a few good afternoons but I still get sick every morning. Emotionally, I feel pretty good. It still doesn't seem real. I'm looking forward to the first US in a few weeks.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 13w1d/peach (or 14w2d, if you go by my last u/s)

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically feeling better, not 100% better but actually feeling like I could do some prenatal yoga without passing out or barfing. Yay! Emotionally, I'm worrying a lot about my changed due date, because the hospital where I'm delivering has a "hard stop" date where they force induction, and I really don't want that. UGH. I'm going to talk to my doctor about it next week, so I'm trying to tell myself to let it go until then, as there's nothing I can do about it.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We had our NT scan last week, everything looks awesome, preliminary results look perfect. We have our first actual appointment with our OB next Monday. His name is Dr. Jones! Heeee.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? THE CANDY, obviously.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 11 weeks, 4 days

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically, I feel quite better. I am glad that MS has slowed down, and I only feel ill when I either smell something horrible or have to eat something. Emotionally: I am a lot less stressed. I would still love to carry around an ultrasound machine to check on LO every minute, but I know that it is not in my hands anymore, I just have to trust that it will all work out.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Nothing soon to comment on. We have told our extended family, and plan on posting our FB announcement (mostly for DH's friends and family) once I hear back from my relatives from the UK.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Honestly, Halloween scares the crap out of me. I have always had a vivid imagination, and can't even to this day walk the streets on Halloween alone, or even think of going into a haunted house. BUT...I do love cooking the seeds from our pumpkins and eating them (my only fav.part).

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?
Feeling pretty good! Still tired, but it's getting a little better. Emotionally, still a bit hormonal but I feel optimistic, which is nice.

Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: NT Scan is on Monday. This is where we discovered a problem last time, so getting through this with positive results will mean a lot to us.

GTKY: What is your favorite thing about Halloween? Once we have a house (and not an apartment) I know it will be passing out candy to all the adorable kiddos. Right now, I love all the Halloween TV episodes! I also just love the feeling in the air during the fall.

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 14w, nectarine

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?
Physically better, but nauseous today. Emotionally mostly pretty excited. I'm in uncharted waters theses days...I've never been this pregnant.
