  Plum purple.
  It is my accent color in my kitchen. I had to pull it out of my pantry where I store it to take a pic but here it is next to my kitchen wall colors.
  When this one bites the dust I'm going pro model 600 series in black!

  Damn these beautiful beasts! Such space hogs that I refused my mother's pro one on account of not having anywhere to put it. I  like my countertops clutter free and have a compact kitchen, so I found a badass Breville hand mixer that boasts 200 watt power and can actually handle bread mixing.   I don't have a kitchenaid. Maybe someday when I would use it. I have a hand mixer (on a stand) with a glass bowl that I inherited from my grandmother. It works great when we make mashed potatoes, so I can't complain. Mine is not as sexy as a kitchenaid, but at least it is vintage....

  Kermit (yes, he has a name, and no, I'm not ashamed) and I have made everything from meatloaf to meringue together. Best investment evarrrr.

  White. I know, boring...but it was a gift from our wedding, 12 years ago, and still looks new. I'd really like the cranberry red or orange color.

  I have a black one
  Random tid bit for all of you ladies with the mixer, you can shred chicken in it! After boiling the chicken just toss it in on low with the mixing paddle attatchment!
  Wasn't sure how widely known this is but thought I would share
