will only nap while nursing.

Been trying to get the kid to nap for about 45 minutes, finally picked her up and stuck her on a boob and she's out. Now I'm stuck nursing until she pops off or wakes up. Advice, what do you do for naps?

    Can you not unlatch her and then lay her down?

    When he falls asleep nursing, I super quick swap out the wubbanub before he wakes all the way up, usually he's fooled enough to get back into a deep sleep.

    No advice.... That is how every nap goes for us... She wakes if I unlatch her & if she comes off on her own she is awake as soon as I stand up :(

    This. It's just a phase. I tell myself to enjoy the snuggles, and that some day I will look back and miss this.

    We end up like this sometimes, and it is hard. This was a link from another thread, they have a webinar about the sleep/eat association and give tips on how to change it up. I have only listened to half of it but it seemed pretty helpful, I just seem to be too tired to put the effort in lately. I am sorry this is happening to you, Good luck!

    DS is doing this on weekend days now even though he naps at daycare and Grandma's all week. I honestly think he just misses me. I am taking it as an opportunity to slow down and enjoy his cuddles. Oh, and read and Bump. :)
