  I asked my midwife and she said she will order me one through the hospital. It won't be as fancy as a BB but I mainly want it because my guts felt like they were going to fall out last time.

  I got one from the hospital last time as well. Didn't do much for me. As for shrinking but it did help with the feeling of keeping everything in , without it, it felt like my guts were gna fall out .

  Ew that sounds like a horrible feeling.. Looks like ill need to get one myself. I don't understand how you would know what size to get for After birth....? I'm a FTM so I don't know what size ill be after
