So as promised here's what the book says about the next leap.
During this leap which lasts around 4 weeks (can be as little as 1 an as long as 5) your LO is learning about relationships. One of the most important is distances, such as a toy they can't reach or the distance between you and them when you leave the room. Obviously this will make LO very upset whether it's because of frustration at not having the toy or fear that you are never coming back. Here are the signs that your LO is going through this leap:
-sleeps poorly (sorry)
-clingy and needy
-May become shyer
-May have nightmares
-demand more attention
-wants to always be with you
-listless
-lose of appetite
-quieter
-sucks thumb more
-doesn't want diaper changed
-May reach for a cuddly toy. (Adorable)
Annnnnd the obviously cries more and is fussy, cranky and whiny.
I will do a post about activities that help get them through this leap...good luck.

Re: 23 weeks wonder weeks...yep here we go again
The biggest thing is them learning that they can co-ordinate their limbs to move.
