Anxiety attack

I'm just recently pregnant and I'm in shock and having major anxiety attacks about a baby growing inside of me~ I know it sounds weird but I have a kind of skin crawling feeling. Im 30 years old and i want a baby but the thought sends me into a total panic. Anyone please help

    I have a friend who feels the same way. Really, I get what you're saying...it is really a weird concept if you overthink it. Just remember, this is the most amazing and natural thing you will ever do. We were literally made to make babies, birth them, and feed them. Trust in your body and try to focus on the amazing ness of making a baby from scratch rather than details that are freaking you out. My freak out came later, when the reality of a person fitting out of my vagina hit me. Now that I've had 3 babies, I am just awestruck at how well it all works. We all have our "things" that get to us. This too shall pass. Good luck!
