We have room painted, decals up, some furniture in place. I have art to hang and we need crib. Closet is all organized. Baby is coming via RCS mid Nov. My goal is to be done by Halloween.
Room isn't even clean yet. We don't have a crib or changing table yet. Trying to get my husband motivated to get ready for this baby has become overly exhausting
We were 50% done but now we are moving. The room that will be our son's room is currently purple with a Disney Princess ceiling fan/light fixture so basically we are starting over.
I am a special snowflake. DS1 is still in the nursery so it is essentially all set up already. Once we get his room done and he is moved out of the nursery, there is not much that needs to be done. We are having someone paint and install a closet system and closet doors. We do need a new changing pad and crib mattress as well but that is really it.
we have half a wall that still needs painted and then we need to figure out the furniture arrangement and decorate. DH and I got a new bed and our old one is going to have to be in that room so it's going to take up most of the space.
I voted SS because we are more than 50% done, but not completely done.
We have all the furniture, I have the crib skirt/sheets made. I still have to make the window valences and quilt (only for sentimental reasons/decoration...baby will not be using it). I have a few more things for decoration to get/make (things for on the wall, wooden letters with her name, etc.
I have most of the clothes I need, and the closet is organized. The room was the nursery before for DS, so it was painted a light grey, which it is staying. So we really didn't have much to do in there. We did have to completely re-do our guest room into DS's new big boy room. That is about 90% finished (just need to give the new doors a final coat of paint and hang them).
I voted complete, because technically we have almost everything. We have one more piece of artwork that's in the mail now and the fabric for the crib skirt and curtains is at the seamstress now and will be completed next week.
I'm an SS. We are moving next week and I'm going to worry about getting the rest of the house settled first. A bassinet by my bed and I'm good to go. I'm 99.9999% sure the nursery will happen after she's born

I voted 50% done, but now that I'm reading everyone else's posts I'm thinking it's less than that we have the room cleaned out and painted so now the only stuff that's in there is baby stuff. The crib and glider are ordered and I have the dresser/change table half done as I'm refinishing an old dresser. I'm thinking besides the basics I'll do most of it once baby arrives as we're team green.
Our entire top floor has been in the middle of a reno for some time now. Everything is about 90% completed. Hopefully this weekend we can make it 100% bc I am getting anxious!! Otherwise, we don't have anything for the nursery yet.
I voted 50% done. We have the nursery painted, crib up, shelf up, changing table and dresser in there. Stroller is set up too and got a cute carpet from ikea. We don't have much wall art..not sure if I'm doing any because I'm getting expensive newborn pictures taken and will get some canvas prints of LO to put in the room and the room itself is small so I don't want to overload it. Baby shower is Oct. 6th so we will get most everything else then and we just need a rocker/glider.
Walls are painted, new carpet is installed, we have a crib without mattress & dresser. They are set up. No other furniture, no wall decor yet, nothing else. DH wont let me buy anything until after our shower. I feel so unprepared!
Crap! A mattress! How did I forget that we actually need to buy a mattress?!?!

@KFED103 Good luck with your move! I hope everything goes smoothly and you can manage it all with a toddler. It's a pain in the ass, isn't it?
We are in the home stretch and my parents are flying in from CA today to help us finish packing up the house and make the move with us. I finally think my daily meltdowns are over...for now

SS for us. We started about 2.5 months ago by cleaning out the spare bedroom, but we haven't touched the room since then...unless you count throwing junk back in there.
Ugggghhh, this was so much easier the first time around...LOL
I love how many people answered special snowflake haha. Amazing. I answered that because I don't even want to think about it. My husband tore down all the walls, gutted the closets and everything in the room. It is coming back around but we still have a lot to do. Plus our bedroom downstairs where the baby will sleep at first is completely gutted (Walls are down, insulation is out, the floor is ripped up) I'm worrying we won't have it all done. DH keeps saying it will be done. If he pulls it off, I will post the most epic before and afters pictures.
We painted and we have the decals but haven't put them up yet. We have all the furniture but not all of it is put together and the crib is sitting in the middle of the room. So it's a bit disorganized. I put 50% :-)

My dad is making the crib, and is still at the sanding phase (then he'll glue it all together and stain it). The crib bedding is partly done - crib skirt is finished, bumper still needs the ties added, haven't started the sheets yet. DH is replacing the window in there this weekend, then I can pick new blinds. But, the walls are painted, the dresser is full, the rocking chair and rug are ready. Still need to order a Bible verse wall cling for over the crib and still need to paint the wooden letters that spell out Lauren.

We've basically just started. We have the glider set up and the crib set up, and that's it. But my shower is next weekend, so we are waiting to do a lot of it until we know what we still have left to buy. We're not painting since we're in an apartment. So, we have very little done, but I'm not stressing about it. The nursery is really for us, the baby won't care if it's not all decorated. Not that I don't want to get it done, I'm just not stressing out about it.
I voted for not doing a nursery... we're in a rental house right now and are just starting the house hunting process. My 1 year-old is in the only nursery we can fit in this house, so the newborn will sleep in our room for at least 3-5 months until we get into a new house and can provide her a room/nursery. At that point DD may be ready to give up her crib and move to a toddler bed, but we'll see.
DH started to paint the room today--we have all the furniture and bedding and most of the decorations. I'm hoping to have it done by the end of October so we don't' have to worry about it once the holidays start.
The room is cleared out and we're painting this weekend. We have everything we need so once it's painted, it will be done within a week or so. I just bought the final thing we needed, which was the most awesome girly floor lamp for the nursery. It looks like a chandelier but as a floor lamp. I'm so excited!
It's staying the same color as it is, rug is here, my crib arrived this week, glider ordered, dresser will be here towards the middle of October. The large oyster for over his crib is being framed. Went to ikea to buy the shelves for the wall idea today. I still need more albums, art, crib sheets, to order the bookshelf from west elm, find a floor lamp and put it all together. Not to mention clean out the room before that all happens. We did move the desk out of there and I'm going to put the crib up next week I think.
Ummm she actually doesn't have a spot. Old nursery is now a guest room. The wall is coming down between the two rooms to expand the girls' room since they share. She'll room with us for a bit, but after that she needs her own space. We're working on it.... Well, we're talking about working on it.
The crib is in the box, the hand-me-down clothes from friends are in boxes, the rug is in a box - that counts for something, right? I'm with the PP who said motivating DH to do anything has been impossible!
