I'm actually waiting for H to hurry up and get out of the shower so I can have my turn and feel human for a little while. The rest of the time, I feel like a stinking, oozing mess. It's gross and it leaves me feeling pretty self conscious.
I hate it, it's gross. I hate wearing pads, and I just constantly feel like the pad is going to overflow.

I still have an inside baby and I was just discussing with my sister the urge to take a shower around the clock. I am guessing the urge is going to get worse pp.
I feel the same way. I hate wearing pads, brings back horrible memories of those first periods back in middle school. I have to say, Always makes a foam pad that has really helped with feeling less like I am stuck in a dirty diaper all day. It has been a game changer for me.
Add me to the Always Infinity list! My bleeding isn't that bad and I change it often but they don't make me feel gross like I remember.
But I also feel like I need a shower 5 times a day. Between that leaking and my boobs leaking and the occasional spit up and whatever else I get all over me...yuck just yuck! It makes me very self conscious and I don't want DH to see what I see or smell what I smell lol
I never thought I'd be so pleasantly surprised by a disposable pad, but I'm a fan of the Always Infinity too.
I started wearing cloth pads maybe 8 years ago in part because I hated how disposable pads feel and smell. I'm still not keen on the smell (I feel like it is amplified with disposables), but after not being able to handle how rough my cloth pads feel with all of the swelling and soreness, I'm really appreciating the Always Infinity pads.
I am also a huge Always Infinity fan they are much better than the pads back in the day but I will be happy when I don't have to use them anymore. I also feel like I constantly need a shower I will be happy when all this PP stuff is over and done with.
I hate all the leaking and constantly putting absorbant pads all over my body - vag and both boobs. Then there's the crazy hormone sweats which are worst at night but sometimes hit me randomly in the daytime. The elastic band in my nursing tanks seems to hold the sweat and feel disgusting. I could change my clothes and shower 10 times a day right now.

Ha! I just woke up to BF DD (1wk, 2days, ticker not updated) and am completely soaked! I didn't have night sweats with DS, so this is a new (and unwelcome) PP symptom. The worst is that I showered before bed and now I feel gross.
I also am a huge Always Infinity fan! I like how you can't really tell how much has ooZed until you flip the pad over. Much better than sitting in it!
