It seems we are all exhausted around here lately. I thought it would be helpful to share tips on boosting your energy level when more sleep isn't possible.
Ditto exercise and caffeine or energy drink, eating healthy and taking vitamins. Also, when I get really exhausted from lack of sleep, I schedule a weekend night to take a sleeping pill (rx or tylenol pm) and catch up.

Also sometimes I need time to myself to veg out on the couch and watch tv after kids are in bed, even though I could go to bed myself
And pumpkin spice lattes as well
