Boost Energy Level

It seems we are all exhausted around here lately.  I thought it would be helpful to share tips on boosting your energy level when more sleep isn't possible.

I always feel more awake after a nice hot shower.

    Also sometimes I need time to myself to veg out on the couch and watch tv after kids are in bed, even though I could go to bed myself

  • Exercise always helps me keep my energy levels up.

  • Ditto exercise and caffeine or energy drink, eating healthy and taking vitamins. Also, when I get really exhausted from lack of sleep, I schedule a weekend night to take a sleeping pill (rx or tylenol pm) and catch up.
