  I have this, now being 39 weeks it is pretty bad along with pelvis/low back pain. The hems are worse now as well. You could also have internal hems causing pressure

  Please no hems! I was reading about them earlier! I'm so ready to not hurt everywhere again. My lower back pain has been pretty bad for weeks now, too.

  Have the same thing - though it's coming and going. Two days it's here and I'm practically crying in bed, then gone for a couple of days. I think mine was from baby moving down. I was checked last week and we were at 0 station after being at -3 just a few days before. I've got a sexy waddle going on now...
