Do you have names picked out?

Do you have names picked out? We have our two picked out, still trying to figure a middle name for one. But we are waiting until birth to reveal names. My mom knows and so does my grandmother.

(Please dont be rude or give smartass remarks or anything.)

    That rules out about 3/4 of our board posting a response. Sorry but most of us were just sarcastic and smart asses, we can't help it it's in our genes.

    On topic, yes I do have the name for my LO picked out and as I have shared it a few times before, not sharing it again.


    Which i get...i am a smartass as well. But i meant dont be rude ir bring up the fact that you dislike me.

    And i dont want to go through pages and pages to find the name you picked out.

    I had a nice healthy discussion with my DH about what names we wanted to consider. We had already been discussing this for many many years so it was pretty easy once we knew what we were having to decide. 

    Thats good.

    We are having trouble with middle name, and which baby gets which name

    No, but i was trying to have something good.

    But she doesnt know how to be nice.

    I didnt ask opinions...i asked for names. Someone asked for the names i chose, an she decided she needed to bring it down.

    When i was in l&d last week my one nurse and i were talking about names because we werent set on a second name, and she threw it out there.

    We were gonna go with bayleigh, but people kept saying that was a dogs name.

    We are down to 2-3 names but one higher than the others on the list.

    But when folks ask I act like w are still considering a dozen names so we don't have to hear their feedback.

    Son wants to name him baby, thanks for the help kid  ;-)

    I didn't say yours were both horrible. I like Brooke. Caydenice is terrible. I don't know if you are just misspelling Caydence/Cadence or if that is some new concoction. My daughter will be named after my Oma and my H's grandmother.

    Actually you can spell it several different ways. Not just the two ways you spelled them.

    And itll be spelled cay. The other one is ugly.

    Before giving your kid an odd name make sure you stop to think about the fact they have to live with this name for 80+ years.  And what is cute for a kid might be a burden for an adult

    Seriously, I think you mean CAYDENCE not CAYDENICE! Caydenice= Kay+Denise.

    My moms friends dog is name bailey.

    And everyone likes the idea of us having the whole ABC thing going on....now the trouble is figuring a middle name for caydence, and which twin gets which name.

    Brookes name is brooke jean (jean after my grandmother.) so i am trying to convince hubs to just do both the same middle name

    Not quite everyone. Personally I don't think that is cute or neat or ideal at all. To me it's like the family from 19 kids and counting. Love that family, but sheesh all J names? Are you kidding me? You are totally limiting your options!

    And this is coming from someone i dont know personally. So it doesnt really matter.

    We are most likely going to try for a boy in a few years, and we already have names picked out for boys that do not follow that trend.
