  • I promised DH I would wait for him to POAS on Sunday but I don't think I can wait.  I really want to run home at lunch and pee on stuff and not tell him.

  • I applied for the lead position in my department at work. I just have the test left before training.

I don't even want the position. I know I can do it and be pretty good at it. They don't usually pay enough and I don't even like the company. I only applied so that I won't be traveling anymore. I've been to like four different store in the past two weeks. And I don't know where I'll be (or what days I have off) until the Friday or Saturday before the next work week (our weeks are Sunday-Saturday).

  • FFFC - I meal prep most of my meals, so I always have healthy lunches/dinners.

Last night I was prepping all sorts of healthy stuff, but I was eating DD's leftover mac and cheese covered in ketchup.

FFFC - the other night I forgot I left my 9 year old dog outside all night for 9 hours. He waited by the door I think the whole time. I'm still crying/upset I did this to him. Even though he has forgotten it happened, because he is a dog.

I've had suspicious for a while that one of our current regs is MrsWilkening2b(the poster that called out a DD basically saying she hoped the girl got hit by bus) Well, using the information she has on her IG account, I have proof. But I'm too chicken shit to call her out on it, because she seems to be well liked.
Then don't?  If someone makes a mistake and changes, then why would you drudge things up from the past?  All that would do is cause unnecessary drama.  What would be the point?

Sometimes a whole meal, he won't want to leave his plate and so he will take it with him, shit for 20 minutes and come out with an empty plate. I get pretty irritated with his love affair with the toilet.

Sucky! I love a good call out! Especially with proof!

Just a head's up that callouts are now considered bullying, even when that person was like a super cunt under another name and a bully themselves.  They're bannable offenses, so I wouldn't publically call anyone out right now.

That's a big reason why she hasn't been called out.

Then don't?  If someone makes a mistake and changes, then why would you drudge things up from the past?  All that would do is cause unnecessary drama.  What would be the point?

You were not here when it happened (or were you), but sometimes, at least in the past, a call out was necessary not to drag up old stuff but to warn others that the person they're being friendly with is the same person who bullied and said some terrible things.  Like wishing death upon a poster.

Do I think it should be called out in this situation?  Not really.  But there have been some banned AEs/posters in the past that most definitely deserved a call out when they were caught.  Because those people were multiple abusers and some of the worst bullies on this site and had a history of creating new names, getting to know people, then going crazy and saying some of the worst shit that's ever been said on here.  That is why call outs could be beneficial, at least in the old days.

No, I was not here.  And I haven't been here for long, so I haven't seen any of the crazy drama.  But I have made mistakes.  I've made bad jokes that didn't go over well.  I've been in a bad mood and said things that, in hindsight, were wrong.  But should that mean that I can never move on from that?

In the instances that you mentioned about people being banned, then yes. I agree that a call out MAY be warranted.   But from the minimal things I can find on her, it seems like a poorly thought out gif isn't worth outing someone that seems to be trying to move on.  Maybe I'm wrong with how bad it was, but all I could find was a gif.  And if it was me, I would hope others would cut me some slack.

  • My FFFC is that I don't really care for shoes. Closed toe shoes make my feet feel hot and too enclosed, and when I wear heels I'm always itching to take them off. Flip flops and sandals are my shoes of choice. It's "almost" like I'm barefoot! So I would never spend tons of money on a pair of shoes. My mom says it's an island thing to want to be barefoot all the time haha.
I grew up on an island in Maine... does that count? Even though I like having nice shoes, I LOVE being barefoot... I don't think open toed shoes are appropriate for my work place, but I HATE wearing my flats all day. Barefoot all the time, all day, yes yes yes. I'd rather wear a bra than shoes (my boobies are big, floppy and hurty all the time anyway, and gravity just makes them more sore unless I'm in bed....)

This thread is amazing. If anyone comes on here again saying that this isn't a supportive community, we should send them to this discussion because you ladies are so supportive and funny. I love it. Those of you dealing with infertility must be so strong, even if you struggle, to continue trying and making it through such a difficult process that I can't even imagine. Kudos, bewbie hugs and stranger love for all of you!

My confession: I tend to dissect candy bars while eating them. I just read this thread eating a Skinny Cow wafer crisp... I skimmed the chocolate off the sides and then pulled it apart and ate each layer separately. Reeses cups (hidden in a tampon box or not... which is a brilliant idea), I eat all the chocolate off the sides, then the chocolate top and bottom, then eat the peanut butter. Twix, I eat the cookie part and then the caramel. I'm ashamed but I"ll never stop. It's strange because I'm not like that with any other food... although I guess I've never been a fan of just mixing lots of things together...

PS: My hubby LOVES his toilet time. He doesn't eat on it, but takes his iPad in there and disappears for forty minutes, reappearing in an invisible cloud of gross. I've asked him "are you literally pushing for forty minutes?" I mean, damn...
I do this with kitkat bars.

  • DH and I are supposed to be NTNP, but our sex life has been lame with our crazy schedules and 2 sick kids so it really hasn't been any "trying" at all.

I've had tons of EWCM the past few days and last night when we were about to get down to business, I told him to grab a condom. He did but we haven't had a discussion about it yet. I'm not sure what exactly came over me but somehow it just didn't feel right. Now I'm second guessing where I stand on us TTC again. I know we have to talk about it, but I don't even know what to say.
